Called for service as soon as possible because the heat was out and guests we’re coming for the Airbnb in a couple of hours. Jeff came right over, evaluating the situation and got the part and had us back in operation in a very short period of time. He was very professional and good-natured about all the rushing. First and foremost, JEFF IS THE MAN. Our furnace had went out in the middle of the night & I have a newborn! Jeff went out of his way very early in the morning and brought over some space heaters while materials were being ordered. When you talk about going above and beyond for the community, Temperature Control Specialties does it right! Appreciate you big time!!!
I called Jeff at 8am and repairs were being made a few hours later! Shaun was great! I was worried about having repairs done with my husband out of town, but he was very professional and made me feel safe in my own home! Definitely would recommend!
An absolutely amazing company all the way around. From the receptionist to the installers and service techs they are great. We just moved into our house a year ago. Our heat pump went out in February and we had Temperature Control Specialties (TCS) out for a quote, install, and maintenance. Shaun is our Tech and he is amazing! They have the best customer service HAND DOWN. If anyone is in need of service or a new system I HIGHLY suggest this wonderful company!
Great knowledge and willing to talk to you about what he is doing and why he is doing it. Will definitely be calling them when my 13 year old system needs replaced.

Installers came on time and installed 2 Trane furnances and an airconditioner in 2 days. Efficient and clean. Good price. Would call again for any issues.
TCS was able to address our problem same day, arrived on time, and found and fixed the problem very quickly so that I could get on with my day! Employees are very friendly and professional! We always use TCS for all of our heating/cooling needs!
We were struck by lightning just over a year ago. Our furnace & A/C unit were fried. I contacted this company because one of my coworkers has a husband who works here. From the start, I was very impressed by the professionalism and care that I received. They came out and quickly assessed the situation. They quickly replaced both the furnace and the A/C unit. Earlier this summer we discovered water soaked in the carpet outside our computer room. We eventually found out that the furnace was leaking. This was at night, so I couldn't really call anyone at TCS. I sent an email to Jeff. Sean quickly came out the next day to see what was happening. He spent time checking everything that could be fixed that day. He wasn't in a rush and thoroughly checked everything, including outside and up in the attic. When they found out that their was a problem with a hole in a drip pan they replaced when they had the part. Each time they came out to the house they were very professional. I would highly recommend Jeff and his company to serve your needs.
Jeff Malone & Shawn Dittimore have a combine 50+ years of HVAC experience. Shawn arrived promptly at 8am, assessed my non-functioning gas furnace, explained what it should be doing & what was wrong, how long the repairs would take & the total cost necessary to get my furnace back up & running in tip top shape.
