Steve, Landon and their crew did an excellent job with fixing the issue of our water leak. Very pleased with the service, resolution and clean up. Landon even Came for a follow up when requested. Thanks guys!,, highly recommend.
During covid 19 pandemic their office couldn't answer if masks we required. I asked the technician and he said yes but then all didn't put one on. I didn't hire them my apartment complex did.
Good company. I've had them install one HVAC system at my old house, did all the mechanicals at our new house. Good to work with.
This man and his crew were awesome! They were very respectful of our home. They even laid tarps out over my carpet for their muddy shoes and cleaned up their mess! They worked very quiet and quick! They replaced our furnace and AC unit so graciously! Our home is warm and cozy again thanks to them!

Had a furnace replaced mid winter. I was worried I would get taken advantage of. The two guys were great and all went well.
They can out within an hour of me calling them. Technician was honest and trustworthy with diagnosing my ac units problem. Definitely will refer anyone I know to them!
Have used this company twice and have been extremely satisfied. After receiving estimates from 2 other companies on 2 separate plumbing needs, I was pleasantly surprised that both jobs were completed by Preferred at a savings to me of $3000.00!!
Had my home AC system installed. Great price and service! Techs did an excellent job and cleanup afterwards. Thorough testing of my ac/heat/thermostat and replaced my old fuse for the furnace before leaving. They were referred to me and I will do the same for anyone that needs service.
After a multi week delay I was finally called back to schedule a visit to get a quote on some appliance replacements. Several weeks later and after no return contact about this quote, I called in and was promised a return call, which hasn't happen for 3 weeks. Moving on to another company.
Called to have a kitchen sink hooked up and a bath drain unclogged. The person answering the phone was very unprofessional and asked me to call someone else. Apparently, the work we needed wasn't worth their time or effort. When I said this to the person answering the phone, his reply was "All right. Thank you." I should have went on to the next plumber on the list when I noticed spelling errors on the website. Even the city name is incorrectly spelled.
Our apartment complex hired someone from this company to fix a leak in a pipe in our apartment building. The man they sent left his van running the ENTIRE FOUR HOURS HE WAS HERE. (Van number 34 on 1-17-18) Please please please explain to me why this van needs to sit here running for 4 hours while the plumber is inside working? Our entire yard and hallway reeks of exhaust fumes and I have a terrible headache from it. Nevermind the damage that does to the environment and the gas it wastes. Terrible.

I had a guy name Bob kirkman came to service me smartest guy I ever delt with he was great I don't think he works here any more I'd like to find him he was wonderful did a great job
I was having an issue with my air conditioning unit so I called preferred mechanical, big mistake, nothing got fixed. They couldn't even properly seal back around the furnace where the pipes are coming out leaving air just blasting out of the furnace doing no good to my house. Save yourself the headache and call someone else.
Terrible, dishonest, half the installed items in my home were never completely wired in and they had the nerve to ask for more money above the bid. go elsewhere! RUN!
