Matt is very reasonable and knowledgeable in the HVAC field. He won't rip you of or try to upcharge in any way. I even sent him to my mom's house without even checking up to see what he was going to charge. I trusted him.

I am glad that we found Pleasant Temps Heating & Cooling. Matt came out to repair and service a new-to-us 31-year-old mechanical system. While on site, we discussed a succession plan, as the HVAC system is clearly approaching the end of its useful life. Matt had great advice in terms of how best to upgrade the furnace and air conditioner for safety, performance and value. I work in the building trades and have a high degree of confidence in Matt's recommended approach. The charge for the service call was very reasonable, especially considering Matt's expertise. I've paid more to have under-qualified junior staff service similar equipment. That makes Pleasant Temps a good value in my book. I highly recommend giving this business a call. You'll be in good hands. Matt knows his trade.
My furnace randomly went out one day and I was in a hurry to get it fixed because there was some colder weather coming in over the weekend. My “go to” HVAC repair company couldn’t get out to me for over a week and I was still waiting for a return call from the other companies I contacted. I was referred to Matt, at Pleasant Temps, and not only did he return my call in a timely manner, he was able to arrive the same day earlier than predicted. After a quick diagnosis, Matt determined it was the circuit board on the furnace that was bad. Matt explained the costs that come with such a repair (which were hundreds of dollars, solely due to the cost of the circuit board) and after a little bit of discussion, Matt remembered that he might have a matching, used circuit board at his shop. He made it clear that he could not stand by it if it failed and that he could not install it for me since it was a used part. Because of these circumstances, the part was FREE. Matt dropped the part off at my house early the next day and I went to work installing it. The circuit board worked and I now have heat again!! I will most definitely be contacting Matt at Pleasant Temps from now on for all my future HVAC needs.
Matt was absolutely wonderful! Our furnace fan motor decided to call it quits unexpectedly. Matt came out very quickly, identified the problem, and fixed it within an hour of being at our house. He was very professional, nice, and fair in pricing. I would highly recommend Pleasant Temps!
Contacted Matt to schedule diagnostic of my furnace, while also performing annual service. Pleasant Temps was the 3rd company that attempted to resolve the issue. Matt immediately identified the problem and fixed it. Matt identified that the system had been installed incorrectly. Prices are reasonable, especially with the quality of service provided.
Awesome experience from start to finish! Very professional and spent extra time helping solve a couple other issues outside of the normal furnace inspection. Would recommend without a doubt!
I had an appointment for Monday to have Matt come over and look at my air conditioner that had stopped working. He texted me Sunday afternoon and came over and got my air conditioner running. The house was at 82 and rising on a really hot day. Thank you so much for helping us out Matt. While he was here my neighbor cane sovereign and Matt was able to get his air running again too. Very professional and explained everything going on. Matt went way beyond our expectations.

Pleasant Temps replaced my a/c unit about 8 years ago. On an extremely hot day (5/7/2020) it was not working and the house became extremely hot. I called Matt, and he was at my house within 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem and I was back up and running in no time. His professionalism and responsiveness is fantastic. Last night our hot water sprung a leak at the top of the unit. There was a five foot fine spray shooting across the utility room. Thank goodness we noticed it before the carpet was completely soaked. We called Matt at Pleasant Temps Heating & Cooling. He asked that we text him a shot of the problem so he could evaluate the problem. He called back right away letting us know he could come up around 10:00 a.m. today. Matt showed up twenty minutes sooner than promised, did a beautiful job replacing the pipe and union. While Matt was here, he offered to check out our air conditioner, as it’s an older unit, and known for not holding a full charge. Sure enough, it needed a charge. Thank you Matt for the fantastic service.

I cannot say enough great things about Pleasant Temps! Matt, is extremely friendly and punctual. He has worked on both my furnace and A/C for over 4 years and cannot imagine working with any other person. Prices are fair and above all, he is very honest and will not try to "take you".
