I called Service 1 on a sunday morning. My water heater was dead and I had no hot water after a different plumber offered me little diagnostic help and no path forward the day prior. Service 1 was at my house by 10 AM that morning. Vance spent a good amount of time disassembling and diagnosing but ultimately concluded I needed a new part that needed to be ordered. He also found considerable rust as he disassembled, so I decided the best path forward was water heater replacement. Service 1 had two individuals out to my house the first thing monday morning to totally replace the heater, and repair some of the associated exhaust lines that were corroded. I really appreciate that they promptly addressed and corrected my issue. I don't think the job was easy given the tight space in which they were working. Lastly, they helped me file a claim with my home warranty a few days later by agreeing to have the diagnosing technician call the warranty company and discuss his findings. That felt "above and beyond" and I appreciate them helping to save me a little money.
Excellent service rep, installed a hot water heater quickly. He shared how it works and how to keep it efficient over its lifetime.
I chose Service One to inspect and clean my ac and furnace because of their reviews and availability. Ultimately they replaced the AC unit and replaced the furnace's ignitor switch. My furnace and ac are both over 15 years old. I was having periodic issues with the AC so I was expecting the need to replace at least the AC. Brandon did the inspection and cleaning. He was professional and efficient. He explained his findings, and showed me his readings to support his findings. It all made sense based on my previous "research" - I looked a several independent sites before calling anyone for service. He was not pushy at all. I asked him to explain my options. He did, and I decided to get a new unit. The price was in line with expectations, if not a little better. Randy did the installation and repairs later that week., I could not have asked for a more courteous and professional person. He worked around the issue that my son had an impromptu job interview, so as to minimize the noise when needed. I can continue to enjoy the summer knowing that I will not have AC issues, and can approach the winter with some comfort that is very unlikely that I will have issues with my heating system. Service One is a great company to do business with....
Had them over to check on my AC. Figured out the problem and got it working again. Knowledgable, nice guy. Would use again.
Our water heater was leaking during freezing weather luckily they were able to come out the same day and install a new heater for us excellent service
Service was excellent. Service person called me 30 minutes before the appointment and came on time. He did a quality job in less time. Very reasonable rate compared to other service providers. I highly recommend!

I called Service 1 early on a Tuesday morning to request a check on my water heater! Within minutes I received a call back and a scheduled time window was given to me of between 1 - 3 pm. A technician called me about about 1:10pm and said he was 10 minutes away from my home! My water heater was almost 15 years old and so I was convinced a new unit was necessary! The Technician gave me a immediate quote and explained some financing options! I agreed on an identical heater that I had before and by 5pm that same day I have a new water heater installed! Fast and friendly service for water heater replacement and fair pricing as well. We also had an air conditioning unit installed a few years ago. I recommend Service 1 and would continue to use their services in the future.
I use Service 1 each Spring and Fall to have my Trane Furnace/AC unit cleaned and checked. The technicians are on time, incredibly friendly, and always do a good job cleaning the units. Having Service 1 maintain the unit each Spring and Fall also ensures that the fantastic parts and labor warranty that Service 1 offers on their Trane systems remains valid and active.
Fast service - needed someone to look at my furnace after normal hours - they got a tech to my house within 1 hour and figured out the issue immediately - bad gas valve. Unfortunately they did not have the replacement part because they are not a Lennox dealer, and the Lennox parts locations were not open. I had to wait until the next day to get it replaced. I used a different company who had Lennox parts in stock. But I'm happy with Service 1's quick response. Just a heads up that their main focus in Trane products, so they might not have your replacement part for other companies.

We had been having problems with our AC unit for over a year. Initially we were using a company provided through American Home Shield, but after 5 visits where they provided a short term stop gap I was sick of dealing with it and decided to call a reputable company. Branden was on site within 90 minutes, spent about half an hour looking everything over and had diagnosed the problem. We had everything fixed promptly and competently, I wish I had called them a year ago. Would highly recommend.
Busted pipe under Foundation I was very satisfied with Service 1 Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning. Our home was a mess and it was very difficult for us to find a plumbing company we felt comfortable with and we felt we could trust. Once Patrick came out and inspected the damages I knew this was a company we could trust. He gave us an estimate and a time frame for when the work will be completed. Once the work was completed we were very satisfied. The work was completed within the timeframe he gave us and that was very important because we were staying at a hotel at the time due to an insurance claim. If you're looking for a professional knowledgeable company you can trust look no further Service 1 Plumbing Heating & air-conditioning is definitely the one. Mr. & Mrs. McCullum
