Highly recommend to anyone looking for a local, family owned HVAC! A year ago, during the hot months of summer, our AC unit struggled to keep house cool. Indoor temp was in the 80s with AC running. The owner came late in the evening to diagnose the problem. Leak somewhere in the coolant line. His team filled our AC unit with coolant to keep us cool until the new HVAC system was installed a week later. Any bugs or issues that came with the new unit were instantly addressed and fixed. We just had our first maintenance check and everything is working great! Thank you again for helping us stay cool in our home! 😎

Had a part on our furnace fail and called B&W first thing the next morning. They came right out to my house, diagnosed the issue, and replaced the part in a quick manner. Derek was very knowledgeable and professional. I was throughly impressed and thankful for their quick response. I will continue to use B&W for my future needs!

Corey was fantastic, he arrived on time and was very friendly. He was training and the level of patience he has and knowledge he carried should transfer over well to his trainee. I’ve used B&W twice now and I’m so thankful I found this company. I have an older A/C and Furnace unit that needed some attention. Matt came out a few months ago to take a look at my A/C and I’ve never had someone be so thorough. He found the issues I called about and got it back up and running great. Cory came today to check out my furnace. I felt the heat coming out of the vent was not as warm as it should be. He was wonderful. So professional. He listened to every concern I had and found the problem. Not once was I ever pressured to just replace my system instead of figuring out what the problems were. Thank you! Been using B & W since 2002. Good service, honest company. **update** They just did new heat and air high efficiency units this spring (March 2022) spot on pro. Today (11/1/2022) did a long overdue duct cleaning had never been done in this house. I appreciate honest professionals who clearly take pride in their work. These days, it is the exception not the rule. Thanks Matt, Kevin and everyone at B & W.
