I got a quote from another HVAC company to replace a dual capacitor. The labor charge was excessive, so I looked for other options. Julio responded quickly to my request for a quote. Very reasonable price, excellent communication, and on time arrival. He confirmed the issue, replaced the capacitor, and checked the air temperature at the supply. Perfect service. Not to mention he’s friendly and approachable. On top of this, he answered my maintenance questions and provided no pressure to use him for future calls. I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience with Julio. I will reach out to him for future HVAC needs.

Highly recommended! We came from vacation and had a "nice" surprise - our heating system didn't want to start (at 19 degrees!!!! outside). After a couple of hours of panic, I screened the whole internet to find someone who can help. I found Air Care and booked an appointment without any hope that someone will come within an hour. And Julio did!!! He is absolutely amazing! He repaired everything, explained how it worked and didn't even try to sell us something that we didn't need. Extremely professional and honest. We definitely found our guy for annual checks and for everything else. Very reasonably priced by the way. Thank you, Julio! Thank you - you are the best and you do a great job!
Julio fixed the problem in 5 minutes. Paid wayyyy less than expected and all is great now. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Julio when our old water heater started to leak water unexpectedly and needed replacement. It was a Sunday afternoon and we were trying to find someone to help us with what seemed a big task given it was Sunday. After searching around for a company to come out, a family member had remembered Julio and highly recommended him for the impeccable work he had done in the past. Julio of “Air Care HVAC” called us right away, asking specific questions with regards to our water heater. His calm, clear yet friendly voice on the other line made things easier in the mist of our distress. Because of his clear professional demeanor He was able to give us an estimation on what it would cost without feeling you got the run around. Julio was over the next day, pleasant and professional had everything in order which made the transition of getting our problem taken care of effortlessly. Julio removed and installed our new water heater without a glitch and cleaned up any debris left post installation. He reviewed our new water heater system and went out of his way to make sure all questions answered and understood with patience.We definitely recommend Julio’s services and Air Care HVAC of Wood Dale and will reach out to him for any future heating and A/C work.
After having another AC company come out for an emergency repair and they claimed we needed a whole new system we called Air Care for a second opinion / quote and glad we did! In less time than the other company took to try and sell us, he diagnosed and fixed the issue and gave us our comfortable house back! And it was a Sunday morning call. Very responsive and professional.
Julio is the owner is AircareHVAC. He takes pride in his work and making sure that the customer is happy with the finished product. He takes his time to explain and never rushes. I would gladly recommend him to any of my friends , neighbors and family members for any and all HVAC needs.
Great work was done by the 2 installers.Both were very skills.The job was for a full replacement of our old furnace & A.C. Units. I am EXTREMELY pleased with the service.
