Came out, gave an honest assessment, and were upfront that they were going to be more expensive but offer a transferable warranty, had the parts, and were able to come out the next day, which was a biggie considering it was 2 of the coldest days of they year so far. Installers were prompt, knocked out the project in a day, and cleaned up pretty well all things considered. MAJOR complaint comes from when the financing arrived at my home, a card in my name and a separate card in my wives name. I go through the process of creating an online account for me and see that the agreed upon total is on this card and there is even a little bit of a buffer which is nice considering credit scores. My wife creates an account for her card and her balance shows 0 which makes sense. Not sure why they were able to open an account for my wife considering she is a stay at home mom with no income. Maybe it is something on Wells Fargo end and has nothing to do with Stadtler. Either way pretty shocking and considering the contract I signed was with Stadtler (and lets be honest Wells Fargo doesn't have a great history of playing by the rules) who knows what to believe. I would recommend them for their promptness and overall quality of work so far, just something I think consumers should be aware of.
I called in with the simple question of what smart thermostats they had and could install for my radiant heat. I had all the info they would have needed to know. The representative refused to help me or even have anyone call me back to answer my questions. I was told the only way they would answer pre sales questions was if I paid for a service call and had someone come out. So much for the helpful customer service here anymore. Maybe they are too big to care anymore..
Shied up on time and found the issue quickly. Discussed options of cost before the work. Performed the work and explained what happened and the condition of the system. Very friendly and honest. Very clean and attentive. Excellent service.
I needed maintenance and repair on my AprilAire humidifier. Paul was excellent. Got the humidifier working then tied it into the ecobee thermostat. Everything working perfectly. Thank you!!

Super happy with these guys. Fred is the best. He installed a new furnace and AC a few years ago and I request him every year for my routine maintenance and cleaning. Knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and a decent price.

We had a boiler/radiator problem and called Stadtler as they have serviced our 100 year-old house since the 1970's. It was later on a Friday, thought we would have to wait....but their service is fantastic! The dispatcher got us someone within an hour. Patrick was helpful and knowledgeable and got us squared away for a future service date. Always excellent service!
I have been using Stadtler heating and air for over 12 years now. They have installed three different heating and air-conditioning units for us always with incredible service, professionalism and courtesy. They have always done a great job and left a work site clean after they’re done. Very dependable and I will use no one else for my heating and air-conditioning needs. We had Leslie come out and say we needed over $3000 in repairs. I couldn't believe that I have lived in this house for almost 20 years and this was the first time being told our HVAC was too big for our house??? So I called Stadtler and Gil couldn't have been more informative and helpful. He sent out Paul who reviewed what Leslie said they had done and rechecked everything. After a pleasant visit and finding out over $2000 are covered under our warranty, we are happy to send our business to Stadtler and send our friends. Thank you Stadtler.

We had Steve come out for annual furnace cleaning, and Paul come out to install a humidifier. Both guys were awesome and did a great job. Paul in particular went above and beyond our expectations. We plan to use this company again.
