Dan and his crew did a great job cleaning the ducts at the home we purchased. The prior owner smoked in the house so we knew we needed to get the ducts cleaned. He explained the whole process and they finished sooner than anticipated.
I called with a very simple job. Get on a roof get me a model and serial number off of AC unit. They said they would do it. Was not my residence. Customer waited all day for their alleged morning appointment and they never came. I called at 3:00. They said they ran into some issues and couldn't get there. I don't think they were even going to call me back! I should not have to call YOU! If you can't get the job done you should call me. Can't trust people that don't follow through, sorry!
There is no such thing as a “cheap” tin shop or HVAC provider. There is such a thing as courteous, timely, and experienced folks to work with, though.Although they charge as much as any other shop in town, they kept their word, were professional, and got the job done as quickly as they promised they would.
I appreciate the professionalism of the technicians and office staff at Cornerstone Heating And Cooling. They are always on time and courteous. They nicely explain the work they recommend and perform. I’m confident they provide excellent quality work. I would definitely recommend this company. Highly recommended.
Our brand new furnace stopped working properly about a week later. We called Cornerstone Heating And Cooling at 5pm and within an hour we had someone here working on the issue. He made a quick diagnosis and was able to figure it out by listening to the furnace. It has been working perfectly ever since. I will continue to go to Cornerstone Heating And Cooling for any future issues and highly recommend their services for others!
Mike from Cornerstone Heating And Cooling was at my house today to do an AC inspection. He was super friendly, personable, and even loved on my doggies. He added refrigerant and offered to change my air filters. House was much cooler within a few minutes. He was professional, answered all my questions, and I felt like I wasn't getting the run around. I highly recommended Cornerstone Heating And Cooling and will be contacting them in the future if I have more concerns.
Of course our A/C stopped working right before the latest heatwave! I found Cornerstone Heating And Cooling and although they were crazy busy with requests, they managed to fit me in earlier than expected. The technician was polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. He diagnosed our problem in about 15 minutes and quickly got to work to fix it. The thing that most impressed us was that he took the time to look at our whole A/C system to make sure everything was running just the way it should be and then offered a few suggestions to make our unit run more efficiently. 100% recommend!!

I called Cornerstone Heating And Cooling, on Friday and they responded immediately with a Saturday appointment. The technician was on time, fixed my AC efficiently and did a meticulous job cleaning up the mess. He answered my concerns in one breath. He was professional, personable and did an great job. I'm very proud with the work.

The men who came out worked quickly, considerately, and quietly. I was babysitting and they were kind enough to work around us and keep the environment calm. Cornerstone Heating And Cooling came when they said, and were don't by the time they estimated.
I called to see if someone could take a look at a possible gas leak and they had someone at my house in hours with no surcharges. Mike was helpful in repairing some smaller issues. I needed a new hot water heater and he was back the next day at 8.30AM on a Saturday for the install. The willingness to do that on short notice was extremely helpful. Would recommend

The best company I have worked with. I always had a furnace moved into a new house that had boiler. The first year in the boiler needs to be replaced and these guys have spent the last six or seven months making sure I know how this stuff works. Great company and I will continue to use them
Our technician (Alex) was very professional, polite, neat and clean. He assessed, then fixed the problem and clarified in detail what was broken and how he had repaired the furnace. We have peace of mind that we have built a relationship with such a great company.
