They came out to Elgin and got my AC going in about 20 mins. This after Lifeline in Dundee came out and told me I needed over $1800 in parts and labor because a bunch of things went bad. I truly appreciate Tritan for their honesty, it's so hard finding men like them

I highly recommend Tritan Heating and Cooling. I was very impressed with the service, response time and professionalism. The service was outstanding and completed the installation of my AC in a timely manner. The experience was amazing and great to work with. I have a home warranty and Tritan went to bat for me to insure the equipment ordered was what I received. It's very difficult to find a company that is honest and willing to do whatever it takes. I will definitely use Tritan Heating and Cooling in the future.
Tritan replaced our AC unit in Aug 2021. Even tho a/c unit availability is affected by Covid supply chain issues, Chad found us a quality unit at a good price. Quick turnaround and easy to talk to. Thank you!
Best HVAC service company! Tritan heating and cooling truly deserves A+ rating in all areas. We have encountered a couple shady dishonest HVAC quotes who try to rip you off and Tritan Heating and cooling were Great communicators, fair pricing, professional and what we had valued most from them is there honesty and integrity! Had worked with them twice and always had great service. You won't be disappointed using them. Highly recommended!!!
