Good place to deliver to.
I requested a quote by email from Rich Plumbing at 10:00pm on a Monday night and they send all the repair quotes over to me by 11:00am the next day. We approved the quote that afternoon and they scheduled the work immediately the following day at a time that worked with our schedule. Great company, great leadership, very professional, solved problems right away. Couldn't have had a better experience!
Rich Heating and Cooling and Rich Plumbing have been involved with our home since it was built in 2009. They have consistently been easy to work with, professional, competent, and punctual. I would highly recommend them for installation and maintenance of anyone's home HVAC and plumbing systems.
I've been the customer of Rich plumbing for last 8 years. Their service is always on time. They fix issues professionally and quickly.
Called and left a voicemail. Received a call-back promptly. The technician was nearby the house and headed right over after speaking about the issue by phone. The team diagnosed the issue and had things fixed within 20 minutes. Rich has been great about service in the past and in this instance they've proven themselves again.
We have used Rich's for a new a/c unit and water heater in 2021. Their service was prompt, professional, and pricing was fair. Would recommend them to anyone.
Your company is great. They try to find the problem and they come back if needed. They come on time, they are very friendly, they call when it is needed and they take off their shoes at the front door !!
Had an issue with my AC Unit's line-set having a leak on the fitting from their installation back in 2018. Thought I was out of their warranty period so I used another company to perform a dye test. Said company wanted over $1400 to fix the leak and refill the system. I decided to give Jeremy a call to see if they would help me out and they came out within the hour and fixed the leak/refilled the system and made sure everything was working properly at no cost. Would have saved myself a headache by reaching out to them first! Lesson learned and will be sticking with their services moving forward. Highly recommend!

Rich heating-cooling and plumbing was the contracted company by our contractor when we were finishing our basement. They did multiple jobs for us with our heating-cooling and plumping (including putting in a bathroom in the basement for us. Three times we have had problems with something (none of them were their fault) and they came out that same day or the next day and fixed it and didn’t even charge me. They’ve been very responsive and quick to help. One of the times my furnace wasn’t working and it was winter and freezing cold and I was 9 months pregnant and I have a toddler. I called at 3:30 on a Friday and they were there by 4, fixed the problem in minutes and never charged me. I feel like I can always rely on them to take care of our family and do honest quality work. The most recent time, he walked me through checking a few things on the phone since he couldn’t make it out that same day and was able to walk me through how to fix it right over the phone! I highly recommend them for honest, good quality work.
In a construction zone in Springfield we were trying to merge and the Rich Plumbing truck kept accelerating and "pushing" to not let us in. Finally let up so we could squeeze in. Extremely rude. We have two children in the car, in a van... seriously this is how you treat people and in your company vehicle. Shame on you.
Rich's tech came out and was able to diagnose and resolve the issue on our AC in great time. He also explained to me some potential issues and things that I could look at for down the road.

service guy came out and took his time, played on his phone (i have pictures) even talked about how little he gets paid per hour. sat in the van for 80% of the 5 1/2hours he was here....should have taken MAYBE 3 hours. Called the office, and was told the bill "is what it is". DON'T BOTHER USING THESE GUYS....shop around!

Called to inquire about the plumbing work done when my house was built. An upstairs shower drain began leaking after a few years. My call was never returned.
