Service was excellent, from initial contact with sales through tidying up the paperwork. They even completed the warranty registration and rebate paperwork for me. Installation was well done and on time, and the techs were sure to demonstrate the operating features and answer questions. All in all, a good experience. If you are in the market for home comfort, give them a try. On-site service was efficient, good advice was provided, job was well done and clean-up was perfect.
We replaced our 18-year-old units. Alan showed up to provide a quote and was very educated and happy to share information. Installation was done by Jeff and John, who were really professional and productive. Having a vacation free of concern was lovely. I heartily endorse this business.

He was very knowledgeable and explained thoroughly the reason my AC was not cooling and he also provided recommendations to resolve it. We recently had a combination furnace and AC unit installed by Richardson Heating And Air Conditioning. These two guys were very professional, polite, friendly and clearly knew what they were doing. The install took 2 days and the finished work looks great. They explained everything we needed to know and left things as clean as they found them. Overall a great job by a nice couple of guys.

The service was fast and completed to more than satisfactory. They completely enclosed my air handler closet. It was open to my attic and the walls were bare studs. When finished the entire closet was enclosed with walls and an insulated ceiling.They may have been a little more in cost but i believe the job was completed professionally.

Great customer service. My ac went out at around midnight. I immediately searched for Richardson Heating And Air Conditioning contacts and gave them a call. The next morning,there was someone at our door and swiftly fixed my ac despite the rain outside. Great company and I will only use them from now on.

The technicians installed two ductless air conditioners for us today. They did an amazing job. The electrical service had to come from the opposite side of the house and they managed to do it perfectly. The install of the units was very clean, neat and well organized. These guys were very professional and courteous. Great job!
