I couldn't be happier with the professionalism and honesty by All Pro Heating, Air and Plumbing. From Logan coming to my home, pricing of a new furnace/ac unit, so courteous and professional. He even had a loaner a/c window unit with him and installed it for me. I was so impressed. Tony and Garrett who both installed the unit were so nice and courteous as well and made sure everything was installed to perfection, cleaned up afterwards and very professional. Office staff was kind and professional as well. I was very impressed by the whole experience and will recommend All Pro to anyone who needs their services. Thank you All Pro for the great service.

Fixed the problem I had with my thermostat quickly. I was very happy and satisfied with service they provided.
All Pro has come to our rescue a couple times in the last few months. Both times were handled with excellence. The most recent reason being due to some of our pipes freezing and bursting in the -35 weather with a power outage the weekend of Christmas. As pipes thawed, the situation would worsen each time, and just when we thought all was fixed, I realized an additional leak occurring. The owner didn’t even bat an eye about immediately turning back around to come and fix it, too. All Pro was prompt, professional, efficient, and trustworthy with their work. I cannot fathom how many calls they received or people they took care of that Christmas weekend, but they had empathy as if we were the only ones. All Pro turned our very stressful situation around quickly, and am extremely grateful. We highly recommend.
I really am Greatful for the young man who showed up to Atwood to fix our heat on Christmas weekend or after, then, again Yesterday to install our new thermostat we bought. The field workers seem very nice, now one bad complaint is..i didnt have a very good phone experience with their female receptionist Yesterday morning, she took my call, but was Very Rude to me..she had no clue or idea what we have been going through, she should have spoken to me in a better more at ease mannor. Im Not impressed with her ‼️

John and his new employee went above and beyond to help us with our geothermal line that was struck by a contractor and repaired incorrectly by them. John pointed us in the right direction for the line to be fixed properly. Highly recommended and will do business with them again in the future! A++++

John and his team replaced my 26 year old HVAC system. Although it was still running, we wanted to update to a super high efficiency system before our old system became a problem during our upcoming retirement. And, with Ameren more than doubling their electric rates recently, it just seemed like it was time to "bite the bullet" so to speak. I can't say enough about the excellent experience they provided. From on-site inspection and sales, to installation and star-up... The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I did get three different bids and all companies were "comparable" in price, so I feel I got a fair value. The thoroughness and knowledge provided by Miles during the on-site inspection was what sold me on All Pro. And that professionalism carried through from start to finish on the entire project. The entire team was awesome. Highly recommend this company!
Update - The owner, John, made a follow-up visit and determined it was a misdiagnosis and took the time to fix the issue. I appreciate the professionalism and responsiveness. Heat pump and A/C have been working since the follow-up. --------------------------------------------------------------- Overcharged and didn’t fix the issue. I requested service for my heat pump not producing warm air. The technician who showed up said he wasn’t familiar with my Nest thermostat and spend a lot of time reading the manual. After going back and forth from the heat pump to one of the vents in the house a few times, he decided to replace the heat strips in the furnace, which he didn’t have so had to go and get on time I was paying for. Charged me $350 for the part plus 3.5 hours of labor. He only checked to make sure heat was coming out in emergency mode. 3 weeks and almost $700 later my heat pump is still blowing cool air and my electric bill is going up. Do not recommend.
I had a sewer line back up. I called AllPro and they had a tech. at my house in an hour(on a Friday evening). The young mans name was D, he was very polite,professional, and knowledgeable. He found the problem and resolved it within 2 hours. He made sure it was done right and no leaks. I will all them again if I ever have any more issues. Super great company. Highly recommend ALLPRO !! Awesome job THANK YOU!!
