This company installed a new furnace and since installation l have called the company several times regarding water leaking from the furnace as well as water inside the furnace. Luis came out several times and looked at the furnace and never repaired it. Finally l call Four Seasons to find out why the furnace continues to leak and l was told the PVC PIPES were not properly installed and the pipes need to be adjusted to fit perfectly. It's and installation problem that could have been made months ago. I spoke to Tony the owner and still nothing had been done to correct the problem. I paid a lot of money and received poor service. I do not recommend this company . Thanks for your response Owner Tony it's clear that you never had good intentions to make sure the furnace was installed properly in the first place. Yes l maybe a widow and a senior citizen by the way if my husband was alive its not his job to repair the furnance he is not licensed to do so the most he isbrequired to do is change the filter out. You are about the Money Tony with your expensive charges make the money and do poor work. l have called over and over again regarding the furnace not running properly. If the furnace was installed correctly the first time l would never had to call a more reliable company Four Season to resolve the problem. Lessons Learned this is what l get for supporting Black Own Business l purchased 3 furnaces 2 central air units and 2 hot water tanks from this company l spent thousands and thousands of dollars and this is how l have been treated. RUN DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS YOU WILL BE SORRY JUST LIKE ME

The team and staff gave superior care and informative details of each step to the process of installation. I would highly recommend their company to anyone who is in need of the services of which Heating and Cooling Provides.
Good understanding people like and very concerned. They definitely go out their way to make sure you sre satisfied. I had a few issues spoken directly to the owner and he made sure everything was resolved and even did follow-ups.
I received great service and an affordable clean install of my new AC and furnace. They went above and beyond with the price and getting me quickly scheduled. They removed my old rusty units and were very careful in my home. I couldn't be happier! Thank you Tony, David, and Team.
We've used Honest Guys for the pass 4 years. And Definitely will continue using and referring to our friends and family! I read a lot of reviews on certain companies. And I am a trusted individual who can HONESTLY say that Honest Guys are very business oriented, and their work is superb. Give them a call - try them out for yourself. Gauranteed 110% service if not 200%
Very dishonest and lazy people. Overcharge you for a poor work quality. Not responsive as well. I don’t recommend

I am very pleased with this company. Luis came out and assessed the problem within minutes of being in my home. He was very professional and arrived on time. They really live up to the name of the company thanks again.
Horrible experience with this company servicing my Furnace! The name does not stand up to the service they provide.. It took a different company to come out and service my Furnace needs. 2 people from Honest guys couldn't even figure out the problem and the first guy Mike who they sent to do the job tried to scam us out of lots of money and even broke something intentionally on our Furnace! The other company Precision Heating and Cooling came out diagnosed our problem and fixed our Furnace on the same visit! We are so happy and satisfied at the work Precision performed! I wish I would have never contacted Honest guys for service...

Not so honest. My girlfriend was at the appointment and was told she needed a new condenser. So she called me and the guy immediately made statements I knew was not true. I serviced the system myself before they came out and knew the only thing wrong was low on Freon. I was told the unit wouldn’t come on. So I sent my girl to the inside breaker to reset and had her pull the outside breaker out and put back in. The unit start right up. Before that he told me about He tried to start if but could not and that the unit was burned out. I asked him to touch the unit to verify if it was hot which he did and it was hot. I explain the unit is design to shut off when it over heats he tells me no not my until. Again he is trying to sale me something I didn’t need. After my girlfriend get the unit going he tells her oh the capacitor is not working correctly. Which is another lie. I install the capacitor myself and wired it exactly the same way it was removed. Finally he stated I just needed Freon and a capacitor which was around 480.00. I replace the part for $10.00 3 days ago which he wanted $80.00 and he wanted to charge also for the visit which was supposed to be waived if I had the work done. I have him $79.00 for the trip and sent him on his way. I hope this help someone else because I find him I can’t see for the entire company but Mike who works for the company is very dishonest. Not sure if I’ll stop with this post I’m considering litigation for consumer fraud. BuyersBeWare
Wonderful service! Very polite and helpful in explaining everything about what they are going to install and how they are going to install. Answered very question we had. Definitely recommend Honest Guys Heating and Cooling!!
