Dave did a great job putting the 3 mini splits in my house. The problem after the install was dealt with quickly by the same technician. He explained what happened; diagnosed the problem and carefully adjusted the Freon until the system worked perfectly. I strongly recommend Gordon's Heating and Cooling to anyone in need of such service and more.
A cap flew off a roof vent. Gordon’s came out as promised and fix the vent quickly. Very polite technician.

Steven has been in my house a few times and each time he is very professional, punctual and takes the time to answer all my questions. Pleasure to work with Gordon's Heating and Cooling. High standards of workmanship and followup aftercare. I'd recommend this company for anyone looking for a contractor to install domestic air conditioning. Gordon's Heating and Cooling is amazing, 5 stars all the way.
I have called this company to come out and check the furnace, they gave me a window between 1pm and 4pm, I have asked the tenants to be there which made them cancel their work that day, I called them back at 3pm and the representative told me that the technician manager will call me back, I waited for 2 hours and no one did. I called them back and the rep clearly told me that she could not get a hold of the technician and/or manager, what company will do that? One more thing that they told me they will take $89 to check it out, and it won't be towards any repairs which is not common with other companies. I will never to call them again and I just wanted to warn people about the unprofessionalism of this company. Note: I told the rep that I will write a review on google about my experience and she did not care, I guess they do not care about their customers at all.
