Chet replaced my water heater, he was very efficient, professional and friendly. Even came after hours to make sure there was hot water before the weekend. Would highly recommend and was very satisfied with his service.
Let's start by saying it's a good thing they call it total...because it was a total disaster. They broke my fence and left a huge mess in my backyard. Broke the toilet that they were not even working on. Also several personal items were picked up and moved around that had nothing at all to do with the jobs they were doing. So unprofessional.... hopefully none if you people will have the same experience my wife and I had with total

This review is based on my phone interaction with the receptionist Melissa. ***Upper management/CEO please take note*** I worked with this company because our home warranty recommended them for some plumbing issues we had with our new construction home. After the 3rd failed attempt at fixing a leaking angle valve I called the business to have someone come back out and fix the issue properly. Melissa was the person I was directed to to express my concerns regarding what was going on. I kindly let her know that I was rightfully upset that this would be the third or fourth call for the same issue that hadn't been resolved. She immediately seemed like she wanted nothing to do with the problem. She kept stating "there's nothing more I can do for you now, I've escalated it to a manager and I have not heard back from them and they're out of town." I asked her if there was someone else in charge for escalated issues as I could not continue to have this leak in my home ruining my cabinets and floors. She again stated "as I said before, there's nothing else I can do for you" and proceeded with hanging up on me. Appalled by her behavior I called back twice to which she screened my calls answered and hung up on me twice. I finally got through to another woman named Vicki in the office who was actually willing to help. She escalated the issue to the Vice President of the company, Joe, who returned my call to let me know they would be sending someone out ASAP to fix the issue. I was stuck with using this company due to the warranty on my new construction home. I do not advise anyone use their services since, as you can read, they failed to fix the same issue 2-3 times. I highly suggest the owner or upper management take the appropriate measure to insure Melissa is no longer on phone duties as her unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Note that I never even raised my voice to her, swore or acted in a manner of disrespect to her. The only explanation as to why that woman has a job
Had them install a central A.C. system, paid through Home Depot. Really great to work with. Everyone I talked to was courteous, and friendly. I highly recommend!

I had them come out I paid the 80 service call to get an estimate. He said I would have a estimate and date they could possibly start service. I have not received the estimate nor has anyone returned my call after she said she would get back with me.
We have had excellent results time and again with Total ! Great outfit.
I am now changing my opinion of total plumbing and heating. They installed a watersoftner after the install I asked if the softwater would get to my dishwasher and fridge they told me yes the only things it would not get to was the outside water spickets. After getting new appliances I noticed that we were getting hard water spots on the dishes, so I looks at the piping and noticed 1 line bypassing the softwater. I found that this leads to the one of the outside spickets but also controls the water for the fridge and dishwasher. I called total and they said they would come look at it. They wanted $350 to get this diverted adding a angle pipe and a t pipe to the system. The tech stated that hard water generally runs to the kitchen. If this was reasonable I would have had this corrected but $350 to fix their mistake is not reasonable at all. I've had total out a number of times for random fixes and work done at the house. I am going to have to reevaluate total for my plumbing needs.
They were very professional in talking and behaving. It was very easy to deal with all the people of the company. They showed up at time as said and delivered as they promised. I am satisfied with with their replacement work of my AC unit.
I manage a local bussiness. They were the best deal i could find for a replacement furnace and got it installed very quick. Go figure, i had a water leak the next week and they were super fast coming out and getting it handled. Great prices and service. Thanks!

On time. They knew exactly what they were doing. Excellent price for quality furnace. I couldn't say a bad thing about the experience if I had to look everywhere to find something. We are very happy knowing we can go into retirement and have reliable HVAC for life.

Horrible experience. Half done job and still waiting for finish. Been a little shy of 1 year now. Work is so shotty, looks like a child did it. I will have to pay someone else to fix this mess. Now this will be a long court fight.
