They took real good care of us on the day before the 4th july i wish i could of thanked the tech better went above and beyond to help out with the A/C with a house full of kids

Came out in under a few hours and fixed our furnace. The tech was extremely polite and explained our options. Reasonable price and very professional.
These guys came out to my house on the coldest day of December last year when my heat went out and fixed the problem. The price was fair and they even came back out after hours later after the furnace started acting up again. Ill probably have them instal central air in my house this summer
When we moved into our house, we found holes in the duct work that needed repairs. We contacted Rockford heating and air to assess. Mike met with us within a week. During his inspection to give us a quote, he found so much more needing repair. We ended up having to reroute the entire duct work to the second story to improve air flow as well as adding an external vent for our gas dryer, as the current vent situation did not lead to the outside. Mike and the staff at Rockford Heating and Air helped develop a thorough reroute plan for venting the second floor as well as creating a plan for venting the dryer that did not include drilling though the foundation. Mike worked with our budget and the staff was respectful in our home - cleaning up after themselves each day. They also relocated our thermostat to a more desirable location. We highly recommend their work and will use Rockford heating and Air for all our hvac needs in the future.

I spoke with Mike at the main office and he was very accommodating, thoroughly answering all of my questions. I had some questions regarding installing a smart thermostat on my current system that was purchased from Rockford heating and air conditioning.
Starting from the first call the lady that answered didn't know any prices. I repeated my first and last name 5 times each. Still got it wrong (almost like they didn't want to get it right). The technician over the phone was rude. Once he got there barely touched the furnace to say “its junk” and then charged $150. Rude to tenants. Very disappointed on the service.

Professional and honest. I was having problems with my furnace after hours. I called three other companies hoping someone would call back. After about 3 hours of waiting I decided to call Rockford HVAC. I was caught off guard when someone answered, an actual live person. He was very kind. He took my info and within 15 minutes I received a call from Scott the technician. He arrived about 20 minutes later. Also very kind and professional. Scott had my furnace up and running within an hour. He even took the time to answer all my questions. I learned quite a bit. Scott was very personable and so easy to talk to. He was awesome!. I am so impressed with him and I can honestly say it was a great experience. None of which I've had with HVAC companies in the past. I highly recommend Rockford Heating and Air. You'll be glad you called. I sure am!
