I was so impressed with the work done by them that I had to share my experience. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He had the whole job done in less than an hour! The best part is that he didn't just replace the old system--he installed a new one. He also explained everything that he did so that I could understand what was going on and why it needed to be done. I will definitely use them again if I need any further work done on my heating/air conditioning system!
I have a home warranty and my air went down. They had sent out a company that did not listen to me so the problem wants fixed. Your company willingly picked up their mess and really investigated the problem and listened to us. They kept in contact with me the entire time we had to wait for parts and once they were in ,fit me in around my crazy grave shifter sleep schedule. Thank you so much and I highly recommend!!!
Good service
The guys dispatched were phenomenal to work with. They really helped me out on a pinch during a recent project. I had tried other companies, but they all came in with a higher than expected bid. Not Reed Heating & Cooling. The rate was fair and they offered complete peace of mind with a job well done. I couldn't recommend Reed higher to other contractors and/or homeowners.
