Jim Holder has retired. Total Plumbing & Heating has acquired his business. I called because someone referred me to Jim since he was particularly familiar with Lennox furnaces. Total was very willing to help me, but rather than waste my time or money, referred me to another HVAC company that is Lennox-affiliated. I appreciate doing what's best for the customer. Thank you, Total - I'll certainly keep you in mind for any future needs and refer others to you!

I had a problem with my air conditioner and Bob came right away to help me and did a great job!!! Also the prices at Jim Holder are reasonable and the job is clean. I use Jim Holder for any problems I have with my heating and air conditioning.

Great company, quality service and experienced technicians. I wouldn't call anyone else. Couldn't be happier with my new furnace and AC, and the price was fantastic.

He did an amazing job. Came out on Saturday afternoon, replaced a part to my water heater and serviced my furnace. Honest, sweet guy. I will definitely be keeping his card and trusting him for any future repair. Very decent rates for Saturday. Thank you, Jim.

I am in the HVAC trade in another state visiting here in Rockford my parents. Well my parents ignitor went out on their furnace so I called a local distrubitor for a new ignitor but they closed so I called Jim Holder to see if I could just buy an ignitor off of thier truck. I was told I had to buy it for the same amount as a service call plus the cost of the ignitor (their cost) of $180.00 bucks for a $35 to $45 dollar part. I would have expected a little professional courtesy from this company but NOPE. I would have given them $100.00 bill and that would be it but come one. I will NEVER deal with this company EVER!!! I had to give at least 1 star but if there was a choice I would not have given them any!!

Called for a free estimate on a central air unit ,without coming out to our house which was a bother to who ever we talked we were told we needed a 2.5 ton unit and it would cost 3000 dollars . We might not know much about central air units but I have been told a too big of a unit would give your home humidity problems (we have a 900 square foot home) and werent even told what the energy rating on the quoted unit would be (important) A
