Super knowledgeable when it comes to installing Central AC in an older home. They put in an energy efficient hot water heater, New AC, and Energy efficient furnace. Their price was so much more reasonable than anyone else, and instead of selling a mini split system they gave me exactly what I was wanting! My AC is working awesome and everything else they installed is working great as well ! Super honest, friendly, and affordable! I would highly recommend using them!
Called him when my ac broke and it was over 100 degrees. My home warranty company wanted to give me the run around for 3 days. Bob came and fixed the problem in 30 min and had cold air running and it was amazingly affordable. He even went out and cleaned the unit and did a tune up for free. Dropped the home warranty and put this guy on the speed dial.
Made an appt, “will be there tomorrow, I’ll call half hour before I get there”. No call, no show
My ac took a dive on the hottest day of the year . I live in Beloit and everyone I was calling was booked and couldn’t not help me .was pointed to bob by another company that could not help me and he made it out same day when no one else came and has my ac fixed in less than 30 min . Price was good and again . He was probably busy with this heat wave going on and still managed to get to me same day even when he was a little behind schedule he let me know via text . THANK YOU for coming all the way from Rockford to Beloit when no one else could / would help us
Called Bob's Refrigeration when my furnace stopped working. Robert showed up on time when they said. Diagnosed the problem, and had me running soon after that. Ending price with parts I felt were within reason. I will diffidently call Robert for all my Heating/Air/ and appliance needs. Thanks Again
