First review was taken down. I won’t name names but the director level management is bad. I was hired on in December only to be fired 5 months later. I was told it was because my numbers were the lowest. I was promised training, no training happened. My offer letter literally said professional development plan but that didn’t happen either. My manager would set meeting up only to never show up, then make excuses about not having a training plan bc he’s doing other more important bids that bring in revenue. I was told the week prior to getting fired that I was doing a great job and to be patient with the training aspect. This is not a good company to work for and if I were you reading this, I’d move on to another opportunity. Your mental health will thank you.
