We had some bathroom plumbing issues, and Crawford took good care of us. Ask for Joe, and you can't go wrong. Highly recommended.
Got in touch with me right away and it wasn't an emergency. The appointment was set up right away and price. Brad came and installed/replaced our water heater and was so great and personal to talk to. He replaced our water heater in less than an hour...he was available and attentive for phone calls with a few questions I had.
Casey (Technician) was very professional and explained good habits for homeowner. I learned a few things from Casey that I will change in my day to day haits. I would recommend this company to everyone looking for a reputable company that does excellent work.

Crawford replaced my furnace, central air and hot water heater. Also installed a generator and wired for an upstairs laundry. They were absolutely outstanding throughout the process. Everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. From estimating to scheduling until the end of the project it couldn't have gone more smoothly.
From day one of my first call the staff was friendly and attentive to all my questions! The communication was beyond expectations!! I’m in the middle of a remodel project and they were excellent about being patient with me! When it was installation day the staff was one time and friendly. I did a complete system upgrade and I am beyond pleased!! They recommend a system that was perfect for our needs without being pushy about selling the top of the top of the line! I didn’t feel pressured to get beyond exactly what was needed for our house!! Definitely will recommend them and continue to use them for all my heating, plumbing and AC needs!!

4 phone calls placed requesting an estimate for a shower installation. None of my phone calls were returned, despite being told on my first attempt that Crawford has a policy of returning calls within 24 hours. My efforts were over the course of 2 weeks. Disappointed.
I don't know about the plumbing skills of this company but if they are any thing like the driver of thier truck this morning I would not trust it. On I 74 headed to Iowa at 745 am this driver cut me off twice he didn't use a signal and on the 74 Bridge swerved in and out of lanes no signal. In my opinion if you are driving a company vehicle you are representing that company and reckless driving is not professional.
The coldest day of the year and our furnace quit working. I called Crawford’s emergency line as they were closed Friday 23 Dec. the technician was here in about 3 hours, found the problem right away and had to go get the parts needed. Even with the freezing temperature and blizzard conditions Casey was able to get what he needed and replaced what needed to be replaced and had our heat back on within the hour. Thank you Casey Mehrens and Crawford co.
The employees this company has are OUTSTANDING and RESPONSIVE and PROFESSIONAL and CARING.We were so grateful for Gary and his hard work on installation. Then...when our basement flooded, James came out immediately to make sure our new equipment was safe.

Crawford installed both my AC and Furnace units this past August. In early October, the first time I had to use the furnace, I noticed a popping sound. I called Crawford, and they came out to look at it. As a result of their inspection, they installed a brand new furnace and took away the one they originally installed because the manufacturer wanted to look at the defect. They came out, made the exchange with no hassle, and they were quick to turn things around. This is the best utility company I have EVER worked with! The sales person, James, is very responsive, accommodating, helpful, and very knowledgeable, as were the techs who did the install, and I would highly, highly HIGHLY recommend Crawford Company to anyone looking to replace their AC or Furnace! They absolutely ROCK!!!
Casey was prompt, professional and honest. He completed the work quickly and informed me about the furnace and it's features. He was conscientious about my house and the condition he left the work area. I was informed of warranties on existing equipment and the job was completed with the warranty met without any hassle whatsoever. I will continue to use Crawford for all of my HVAC work.
They did an excellent job all around from start to finish went above and beyond to explain and install cold air returns in my upstairs area install furnace and ac a lot more even through our we went with two stage and it really paid of thank you Andrew and your awesome crew. Rich schnoor
I've used Crawford twice in the past six months. Once for plumbing and once for heating/air. Both times I was very impressed with their ability to get to me fast. Plumbing the day I called and heating the morning after I called. Work was done professionally, the personnel were friendly and helpful and I thought the prices were very reasonable. We replaced our furnace. The Crawford salesman was helpful and knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He understood our needs and budget and was helpful and friendly. The installers did a super job. Left everything cleaner than they found it and took time to explain what they were doing and how the new equipment operated. I'd definitely recommend Crawford and will call them again if the need arises.
NOT Happy. Had them install a new hot water heater, they left water all over the floor, plus the old pipes. Also had them install a new faucet in the bathroom. When they were here I wasn't getting much hot water out of the kitchen, so he went and banged on the pipes, (80 yr old pipes). So now I hole in a pipe and is leaking water, and the stopper not working on the faucet. They came back and taped the pipe, which still leaks, and fixed the stopper, which now also leaks..
Responded the morning I called for help and quickly fixed the problem. Great service - my new go-to company for heating/air conditioning issues.
Jason was at my home for maintenance on my furnace. Very thorough on the inspection and very polite and courtesy.
