Improperly drained the unit with PVC piping instead of flexible tubing which caused back flow into the AC. We won’t call him again because this is the 5th or 6th time he’s done something incorrect for our AC. I’m not sure what the deal is. We’ve had multiple technicians come look at his work & help us fix it. They all have said that HULL HVAC created a situation where he would need to be called again to make a repair.
Chris was extremely professional, thorough, and friendly. He explained in detail everything he was doing. I would definitely recommend Hull for all your HVAC needs. I won’t go anywhere else.
Hull HVAC was recommended to us by a friend, and they did a wonderful job replacing our downstairs system. Easy to contact, great customer service, and the price was quite reasonable. Very professional, too. If you’re in their service area, I highly recommend these guys!
Within a minute of calling Chris from Hull HVAC, I knew this was the right decision for solving our home furnace issue. Chris was a true professional and knows his trade well. He listened and was willing to educate us and answer all our questions completely. Chris even gave us a "heads up" courtesy call before arriving. Complete A+ service! We hired Hull HVAC to clean the ducts of the HVAC system. On time, clean, professional, quick billing, basically just AWESOME. Support Hull HVAC and support local businesses. Chris and his company are outstanding! AND, we can tell a huge difference in the amount of dust, basically none after the cleaning was complete!
Hunter came in to do duct cleaning. I was not home but my mom could not stop raving about him. She told me how respectful he was, how thorough he was and how concerned he was that he wasn't making too much noise while my 5 month old napped. Would highly recommend Hunter and Hull HVAC.
I cannot say enough great things about Chris! My dad recently passed away and was the one who do all the maintenance. We've had our furnace for over 20yrs, and knew it was time to get it checked out. Chris was extremely kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to us in terms we understood, and never once made us feel like we were being a bother with all our questions. You can tell he cares about his job, but more than that the customers satisfaction. Thank you for all your help Chris!!
Chris and his guys are the best. I've used him a number of times and his recommendations are always spot on. His service, response times and the quality of his work are impeccable. Hull is the one good thing about stuff in my house breaking and I recommend them without reservation.
Our heat went out in December and Hull came to the rescue! Chris and Hunter were wonderful, honest, and respectful. I would 100% recommend them and use them again myself!!
Once again he saves us! Our furnance wasn't working and gave him a call and was out within 45 minutes came by in below zero weather fixed our issue fast! And also gave us tips on some trouble shooting too! 10/10 and always will continue to use Hull!

This winter I had someone come out for a cleaning and they determined I had cracks in my thermal intake. I was out of warranty so it pushed me into needing a new furnace. This is a painful experience in the middle of winter. I immediately started calling for estimates and received a wide range of prices and products. Chris was on a job when I called him, and I am not even in his service area, but still took the time to get me an estimate without even coming to my home. I took pictures of my old unit and provided measurements. I am not shocked to see the glowing reviews left for Chris at Hull HVAC. His pricing is competitive, but what sealed the deal was his honesty and customer service. I have family that work in HVAC and everything Chris discussed with me fell in line with what they said. Chris, and his apprentice Hunter, did a quick and thorough install. They were professional and polite. He took a bad situation and made me comfortable with choice I made. Chris has now earned my business for all my cleanings and routine maintenance. I suspect I have only a few years left on my air conditioner and he will be the first person I call.

I don't always find time to leave reviews but in this case I needed to make the time. Chris was so professional and scheduled me right in. He explained me all pricing upfront so there is no hidden fees. And surprisingly it was extremely affordable. My vents are cleaned and their dustless equipment my house is still clean. I would highly recommend this guy has he's an owner operator and has one assistant that is also fabulous! Thank you Hull Hvac for cleaning 🧹 ducts and still reminding people that there is still hardworking honest companies out there.

Definitely grateful for the quick response I got over the phone on a Holiday even. He quickly set up an appointment to service the unit the next day. He showed up on time and came prepared with the parts needed to get the job done. Very polite and reasonably priced. He explained the issue and how to avoid with proper maintenance and I would feel comfortable referring friends and family to his business. Grateful today to have the AC running as the humidity and heat is ridiculous this week. Thank you again 😊
Little late on this but the owner personally came out and checked the system himself because I have 3 little kids and it was scorching hot those days! Very impressed and definitely calling them again!
