Lost our a/c on a 90° day. Their techs found a new unit and installed it and had it running by late that afternoon. They worked in that miserable heat. That's service!!
Andrew took care of my ac condenser unit quickly and gave us the much needed cool air relief in this heat wave... Came out within hours of my call for service.
Our hot water heater suddenly started making noise and leaking water on a Sunday. We called RPHC, who came out within 45 minutes....Was very knowledgeable and professional. Handled the situation, gave us our options. He called the following morning with information for us, we ordered a new hot water heater and they installed it that day. Highly recommend them for routine maintenance and repairs. Honest and reliable.

I had a nasty clog in my kitchen sink. Because it backed up dishwasher and other pains I called several plumbers. Riverside was busy and another outfit came out. The other outfit offered no expertise, said they could jet it ($650) but didn’t have the equipment (could come another day) and offered no long term fix. Riverside freed up and was able to make it out. The plumber fixed it within 30 minutes, described how to fix problem long term and offered other plumbing insights. It’s wonderful to get some expertise in this world.
