Dowe & Wagner has provided great service for me for 30 years. Recently Mike serviced my boiler and furnaces. He was professional, friendly and thorough.
DJ from Dowe & Wagner was here and cleaned my furnace and checked it out for the winter. He did a very good job of explaining everything he did. He called me when he was on his way. He is a very pleasant young man.
Mike made sure our furnace and air purifier system are ready for the next two seasons. He did It in a courteous and professional manner. Discussing his work with us was a plus.

Absolutely 100% the best furnace and A/C specialists! The prices are great, the service fantastic and everyone is really pleasant. Highly recommend for both general maintenance and issues with equipment! UPDATE: Still using Dowe & Wagner and still absolutely LOVING their service!!! Their service people are amazing - super friendly and helpful, they really go above and beyond. The prices can't be beat either...the yearly maintenance plan is great. Can't recommend enough for any HVAC needs!

Ted was wonderful! He was on time, and efficient with his work. He went above and beyond to be discreet so my crazy dogs wouldn’t go into a barking frenzy. I appreciate that he walked me through what he was going to be working on and looking for. You really have a great asset to your team!

We have had a couple of different people out to our house from Dowe and Wagner for various reasons, the latest being the installation of a new AC unit. As always, we have had an incredible experience. I appreciate the transparency of costs, and the guidance to making our buying decision. Mark helped us choose a unit that would suit our needs, and Ted and Jason saw to our installation. Ted worked hard to have as much done by the time Jason arrived with the unit. Impressed is an understatement. Thank you again for everything!

We have been D&W customers for a number of years. We have two annual service appointments to check and optimize the heating and air conditioning systems in fall and spring respectively. The technicians that visit our home are polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. We are very satisfied with the service provided.

Had to have some heat! Furnace just quit, and right in the middle of a polar vortex! These guys where super responsive and made it work in a few short hours. After it's all said and done, I'll definitely be calling these folks again next time. Thanks!
