Youngs heating and air conditioning is always prompt, gets the work done and provides quality work. We really appreciate the work they have done and that the workers are always polite and respectful.

I have used them multiple times all different problems , once we had a smart thermostat and it caused a malfunction and another time our unit was completely filthy . Both times they were fast and professional both times diagnosed the problem and the air worked great after . Would highly recommend!

They are always quick to get here if I'm having an issue. Never waited more than 24 hours for service. Service men are respectful and friendly.

Would not supply itemized bill and never completed job. Their installation tech had less knowledge of job then my dog had. I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody, especially with so many much better companies in the quad Cities area.

I had a heating boiler replaced that was in warranty. I was billed for 12 hours of labor. I feel that I could have done it in 2 or 3 hours. Make sure you are around when they are doing the work to verify the hours and effort worked. There were 2 guys doing the replacement and other than setting it in place it is a one person job. I am sure one person was just watching and one guy working half the time. $840 is excessive for replacing an in warranty boiler.

Did a very good job and the price was excellent. I had them install a new furnace and A/c unit. They were very helpful at showing me how to clean my A/C unit.
