We're really happy with the service we've received from them. We called them because our air conditioner had stopped working and they were able to come out the same day. We were so impressed with their knowledge and expertise they knew exactly
So impressed with the quality of their work, and how quickly they responded to my call. I had a problem with my air conditioner, and they were able to get it fixed the same day I called them. They also came out on a Saturday to fix my furnace before the holidays, which was really nice of them.
They replaced my furnace, and it's running like new. They were able to get me in on a Saturday, which was great because I work from home. The techs were very friendly and helpful, and I was able to watch them as they worked. They were also very quick at getting the job done I watched them change out my furnace and air conditioner in under an hour!
They gave me an estimate for my air conditioner and showed up when they said they would. They were very easy to work with and explained everything that needed to be done in detail. When they were finished, everything was working fine again!

Brian was really responsive when our air conditioning system failed. He supplied a same-day price for higher-efficiency equipment that was far lower than numerous rivals' quotes. Expert, courteous technicians did the installation promptly and professionally! The new system provides excellent cooling and saves money over the old one. It's fantastic! What a terrific experience; they even finished 1 hour ahead of schedule. Would highly recommend Zbest Heating & Cooling!
For the past 7 years, I've been using Zbest Heating & Cooling. They have been trustworthy, knowledgeable, and honest. I adore all of the technicians and office staff. They come out twice a year to update filters and clean/check the systems under our service agreement. We've only had to call them for service twice or three times in the last 7 years. Maintaining your equipment pays off. Give these guys a shot!!
We've used Zbest Heating & Cooling for a few years to service our local business. They are dependable and perform great work. They are very easy to work with and knowing they're going to be on time every time is great when you're having to schedule your own business appointments. Steve was very professional and explained the issues with the drain and sink, and the outdoor faucet. He explained the options. Based on recommendations we made the decision to move forward. They will complete work next week. We have been longtime customers of Zbest Heating & Cooling and will continue to be so because we trust their work and their service.
Mike did a better job than any of the other estimates we received in explaining the system and the scope of the work. Mike and his crew kept us informed about the work's progress. They were extremely capable and efficient. They also completed the work with minimal disruption because we were at home at the time. I would suggest this company to anyone. You did an excellent job.
