Great experience - knowledgeable technicians who quickly identified and repaired the electrical issue and advised of remedial action that may be needed to address developing issues. The technicians dove right in to their tasks and worked until the problem was resolved. The communication and execution was outstanding. The response was the same day as the call and within the designated two hour time frame.
"When you can't EFF around ....call Dogtown!". Matt was quick, polite. He was AHEAD of schedule! I was looking at waiting a WEEK elsewhere for service. I am very grateful I called their number.
They were straight forward with me from the beginning. It made sense to replace the whole AC unit instead of spending the money to fix our old unit and not know how long it would last. Jeremy and Matt are top notch.
Dogtown replaced our furnace and AC unit completely and installed within 4 hours time! We were impressed on their professionalism and all around business ethics. Everyone at Dogtown has been very professional . They were prompt with the quote to move my AC unit , and prompt to schedule the work . They arrived on time , disconnected and moved the unit , they then carefully tested the unit to make sure everything worked properly . I highly recommend Dogtown !

Our air conditioning went out on Saturday evening. Called Monday morning and they had two technicians out by early afternoon. Fixed in same day. Great service and the cost was very reasonable. Thank you Dogtown heating and air.
We went through Dogtown for the purchase and installation of our new tankless water heater. Jordan did an excellent job on the installation, briefing us on the operation of the unit and answering all questions. We would definitely recommend them.

It's always easier to do preventive maintenance than emergency repairs. Dogtown has been great to work with for replacement of an aging system, and to keep the new one well maintained.
