Really happy with this company! I had an old system that gave out on me. Victor is super honest and gives you realistic expectations and possible outcomes. He came put to try and fix it but ultimately still didn't work put. Because he was so honest and his effort to always get there so quickly made the decision to use him to replace the system so easy!! Great company to trust to do business with!
Victor did not show for 2 different appointments and did not call to reschedule. I ended up rescheduling and after waiting more than hour after scheduled appointment needed to cancel. No apology
I called smart choice after searching on Google for an AC repair company. The reviews for Smart Choice was exceptional and I decided to give them a call. The next day Victor came out and took a look at the AC unit and gave us an estimate for the repairs. Victor was professional, timely, and the estimate was reasonably priced. I highly recommend Smart Choice A/C Repairs.
Victor was truly amazing & a life saver! Very professional & extremely knowledgeable. I will never call another HVAC company besides SMART CHOICE! I had my entire AC unit installed in less than 24 hours from discussed contract & pricing. HIGHLY recommend!

My furnace was blowing out cool air only. Smart Choice was referred to me by a friend, I called and Victor was out within 1.5 hours. He was prompt, professional, and he explained things the way I could understand.
So, in June last year, my central AC stopped working in the hotest week of the year, and needed to be replaced. I called ABC and some other people to help with the AC but they all gave me ridiculously high quote. I contacted Victor from Smart Choice and he amazingly installed a brand new AC unit with 10 year warranty for me as fast as possible, for a half of the quote others gave me. And then a few days ago, my furnace started acting up. I called Victor, and he came and fixed the problem very fast at a very minimum cost. I highly recommend Smart Choice; they are the best around.
I filed a claim with Choice Home Warranty on Thursday morning. The company was not available until Monday. However, I phoned Victor and asked if he would come out sooner because we were without heat since Thursday. Victor rearranged a few appointments and made me a priority. We just had Victor over to install a new HVAC system with a smart thermostat. We found him to be very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and personable. He answered all of our questions about the heating and air conditioning units he was installing. We found the perfect system to fit our needs and his prices were very affordable. Victor and Oscar installed our units. They did an excellent job on installation and were very thorough and clean. They explained the systems to our understanding as they worked on installing them. We will continue with Victor and his company Smart Choice HVAC LCC with all our maintenance care.
