This is an awesome company with top notch customer service and experience. I called MBR after trying for days to schedule an appointment with a different company. I got an immediate answer and same day appointment! The tech was professional, friendly, very knowledgeable and patiently explained everything. I felt much safer after he serviced the unit. This is now my go-to HVAC provider and I highly recommend them!
Fantastic is all I can say. The owner actually came our on his way home to stop at my place to look at the unit. That's not only what I call great service, but gave me great advice on what I needed done. I will be sure when I purchase my new unit in the upcoming month or so it will be from them.
Great Service by Marcos and MBR HVAC! Couldn't recommend him more. Our furnace wouldn't ignite. He showed the safety switch that was the problem and explained how it operated. Showed me how to prevent it from happening in the future and how to properly maintain the furnace. Very friendly and even gave 10% by paying cash. Highly recommend MBR.

MBR Services is exceptional! Our hot water heater went out on a Sunday. They returned our call within an hour and replaced the unit within a few hours. Very professional, clean, prices are competitive, and very trustworthy. I will refer MBR to everyone I know and will continue to use them for all our HVAC needs.

Highly recommend this Heating and Air Conditioning Company for Commercial or Residential services, I looked for companies at South Side Chicago and they were the ONLY ONE available to help in short time. Business is Owner operated, very impressed with their reasonable prices, very knowledgeable and professional.
My air-conditioner broke down on the hottest day we had in August. Go Figure !! I called MBR and they came out to my home that afternoon. Marcos the owner was very knowledgeable and explained the repair and preventative measures that would save me another visit. It turns out my furnace is too big for my home and that the constant turning on/off over the years took it's toll. Well it's fixed and when it does need to be replaced I'll by one that is suited for my house. Thanks Marcos I appreciate your honesty and such a reasonable and quick repair.
Great company called for an estimate on a Monday someone went out to me by Tuesday, Received a written quote that same evening and everything was all done by Thursday... they were fast and efficient I'm glad I called them and even more glad I found them.... I still use them constantly and recommend them to anyone who asks me
What a great company.... I've been with them since 2010 and I trust no one else with my furnace other then them. Marcos and Edgar are both such honest people and a joy to see and they are always there when I need them.
