This morning we noticed water leaking from our basement a/c unit. We currently have a membership with a well known local plumbing company. We had just completed our seasonal inspection on June 14th. We decided to call Home Heating and Cooling to come and check it out. We’ve heard good things about their service plus my husband is a veteran so we’re happy to support a veteran owned company. Andrew Sims was out technician. He was 10 minutes ahead of the appointment time which I loved. I wasn’t planning on having a service call today. Andrew was very friendly and personable from the start and got right to work. I was very surprised to learn that both units were low on fluids; a pound and a half each, and there’s more than likely a leak somewhere. Again, we had just had them serviced June 14th. Andrew got both units back to good working order and did a great job. From here on out we’ll be giving our business to Home Heating and Cooling. Thanks for keeping us cool!
Jeremiah was very knowledgeable and helpful. What an amazing experience from scheduling our appointment to the technician coming to our home. Everyone we spoke to during this process was so kind. 100% deserving of their 5 star rating. Update: we have used this service several more times since my original review. When I say this is the BEST company we have ever worked with I am not over exaggerating. They are honest, friendly and knowledgeable. I will tell everyone I know to use this company. 10 Stars from the Young Family!!!!
Really friendly tech, explained what needed done and why, and didn't mind my dogs. Would recommend. Edit on 6/25/23 2nd time calling this company for check out my AC. Andrew was able to come out quickly. He had notes from his visit in 2021. He compared numbers from his last visit to now, and reassured us that our unit was in pretty good condition. Overall, a friendly and personable guy who provided us with quality service for a reasonable price. We'll only be using Home Heating and Cooling for our hvac needs from now on.

Showed up early, explained what they were doing. Thoroughly professional and courteous. Steve and Nathan did an amazing job and made sure I understood the new system, to include replacing the vent work.
Brandon and his team installed a new heat pump system for us. They worked hard all day in the summer heat but still managed to do a quality installation. My wife said the sheet metal fabrication looked like art as well as craftsmanship. The system itself is very quiet yet produces plenty of cold air. I highly recommend Home Heating and Cooling.

The technician Andrew Sims left my A/C unit taken a part. We was left without due to him leaving it a part. They wouldn’t answer my calls or anything.
Jerimiah was great! My AC started acting up last night, called first thing in the morning. Lady I talked to on the phone was extremely nice and helpful. Jerimiah come later in the day on my Lunch break to look at it. Found the issue in a few minutes and was able to get it fixed and running normal in a few minutes! Even gave me tips on how to keep my older outdoor units maintenance(first time home buyer). Highly recommend! Thank you so much.
Holy Cow what an incredible company!! Highly recommend!! Excellent communication!! Called on Friday with a Water Heater question, they got me a bid and scheduled for install on Wednesday. Arrived exactly when they said, estimated two hours for install and had it completed in an hour! Water heater was 75% clogged. Cleaned up everything like it was their own home. Call them for all your HVAC needs.
Was a little nervous using a 'new' company (new to me I mean) but very glad we did. Everybody showed up on time and fully equipped. It was a long day, two separate installs (full AC upstairs and a mini-split for the basement). We had a few rocky patches as it was a retrofit install, but the company came through 100% and I am completely happy with the final installation. Will use them again without hesitation!
We have worked with both Andrew and Brandon. Both are very professional, personable, arrived in a timely manner, and completed the job quickly. 10/10 recommend!

Tech was on time and professional. Was able to show me issues as well as future issues that will need to be addressed. Work was done in a timely manner and explained in detail. Would definitely recommend to others.
I have had the best experience with this company! I have used them twice and both times have been so pleased with their service and will use them for life for all my heating and cooling needs! My issues started after hours both times, OF COURSE, and the owners were able to assist me immediately with getting me an appointment made for the VERY NEXT DAY at 7am! They were on time, kind, and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Home Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for service in this area!
I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Andrew and the crew work tirelessly to ensure their customer’s needs are met, with both kindness and care. The prices are reasonable and their honesty, dedication, and trustworthiness is truly is appreciated. After two years of countless contractors dealing with my property, Home Heating & Cooling is *by far* the best. Responsive, kind, knowledgeable, cost-effective, hard-working, and truly a great company that actually wants to serve the community in the best way they can. I am so grateful for them. Call them if you’re seeking HVAC services, a new water heater, advice, and quotes. Seriously, do it. By the way, don’t always trust the stars for other companies in the area (figured out the hard way when myself and so many other customers were forced into taking our negative reviews down). Exceptional Company with an outstanding reputation for quality service. They installed an HVAC heat pump system with an air handler and a hybrid heat pump water heater. The results are awesome and we are so happy with our decision. Best company out there by far! Everyone at Home Heating and Cooling has been professional, courteous, knowledgeable and timely. They also made follow-up phone calls to ensure the system is working as promised. Highly recommend!
I cannot express how happy I am with my service really really friendly efficient smooth service. We've identified a couple issues that I have tracked out for taking care of in the next month or two but I'm really happy with it and I'm super excited to have these guys as my new HVAC and water tank people. Update: I used them again for my new water heater installation and it went smooth and wonderful and I am really really pleased with the service I cannot recommend this company more just talking to Jeremiah while he was here doing the work there's some future projects I want to do then I'm definitely going to be tapping the team to come back out and help me with. 2nd Update: I just used them again to install my brand new Furnace and while no one wants to shell out the money for that cost, knowing that I was having it done by this team... I knew I was getting above and beyond what I paid for. Again, they arrived on time, service was VERY fast for a furnace install and they are always so very nice. I can't recommend them enough.. they are 100% my go to team for my new AC in spring and other projects down the road.
