The first time I worked with Edens Heating & Air Service, the technician was very professional and transparent in his work. He showed up on time, did the check-up and explained the issue to me in detail. He also fixed a couple of other optional things at a reasonable price. He offered to shop around if I wanted to get a lower quote but his prices looked reasonable. Thanks for fixing our furnace!
Need service on furnace. Scheduled for last Wednesday (with a $50 charge on my debit card). Waited four hours and no tech showed up. Was told repeatedly when I called that someone would arrive. Rescheduled for today and have waited since 10 am. The window was 10-1. It’s now nearly 4 pm. When I call I only get an answering service who tells me they will forward my concern to management.
