Great Customer service and Quality Work .
I called at 8am that my heat not working. By 11am it was fixed. This included to go out and get part. Jimmy was very friendly and professional. Love this company!!!
I have been using Engler Heating & A/C since 1996 for my home. They also service my business. They are great! They come out in 100 degree weather when your A/C stops working and in below zero temps when you heat goes out. Brad & his crew are the best. I never hesitate to recommend them. I would never use anyone else.

I have been using Engler Heating for over 20 years. They are honest, reliable and do excellent work. They recently replaced my 50 year old boiler and they handle my heater maintenance and cleaning every year. I would highly recommend Brad and his team.
This business is across my house. When 6+ inches of snow came down they decided to park their business vehicles along my side of the street. Shortly after the plows came through they omitted my area because of the vans. I brought it up to the son's owner to park his vans on business side of the street instead of neighbors side. His response was "we can park anywhere" and simply walked away. Son's owner seemed young and probably could use a lesson or two about professionalism and respecting other neighbors/clients. My next step is brining it Village of Norridge attention.
The technician explained the problem and fixed it quickly. I am a little concerned about when to reconnect the pipe that he disconnected.

I have used Engler since 1976. Their service is excellent . Honest. Top-quality technicians and products.
Several years ago I built an addition with a new HVAC system installed. Shortly thereafter I received a notice that the plastic flue pipe installed was dangerous and was suspected as the cause of several deaths. The installer was no longer in business. The notice listed the names of several HVAC companies that would replace the pipe free of charge. The only one who returned my call was Brad Engler. He explained that the Government would only pay about $100 for the replacement and most companies did not want the work. Brad told me that it was a matter of safety and he came out and did the job at no cost to me. A few years later on a cold late Friday afternoon my elderly neighbor call me because her heat went out. I called Engler and Brad and an assistant responded right way to diagnose the problem. As it was after hours they did not have the needed part on the truck. They provided her with space heaters and promised to return Saturday morning. They did and fixed the problem. I have been using Engler HVAC for 30 years for all my HVAC needs. They respond promptly and charge fair prices. For my family...they are the Best!
Not a good experience. Called them the first time and said the refrigerant is the issue and paid them. After a week AC broken again, called them, can’t fix the issue and was charged again. They cannot guarantee their work.
Extremely knowledgeable. Patient. And really nice to communicate with. My experience was as if a member came over to fix my furnace. There aren’t many like Engler out there anymore!
