Very knowledgeable, very friendly and Christian company. They have done repairs at our home and business and installed a new furnace in our home. Reasonable priced. Highly recommend.
Tony came out right on time and was quick, professional, friendly, and respectful. My land lord requested service through this company to fix my HVAC system. My landlord and I both thought the blower motor might have died out. Turns out, there was just a blown fuse. Tony quickly discovered it when there was no power being detected throughout the whole unit. I would certainly go through this company again and especially request for Tony.
I honestly can’t say enough good things about Tim Leach and his company. I have worked with many HVAC companies over my lifetime. Tim and his team not only are all the things any homeowner wants when investing in a new AC unit for their home (knowledgeable, honest, fair, timely, professional, trustworthy, thorough, etc.), they go above and beyond in every way. The installers tarped my entire brand-new flooring from the front door to the basement to ensure nothing damaged my flooring. They cleaned up afterward and verified my system was working as expected. They properly leveled my new Carrier unit, and I could go on. So grateful I found them and can guarantee I will use them for my home and rental properties. Tim and his team are true servants of their clients, and you know a tree by the fruit it bears. You won’t go wrong with this company. Thank you, Tim and team. Thrilled!!
This was the most amazing service I have ever received from any business period! It all started last spring when our propane furnace failed. We are new in the area, so we put a post on Facebook to get recommendations of a good HVAC business in this area. Tim reached out to us that same day and offered his services. We started texting and I truly felt like I was catching up with an old friend. He texted and said he was on his way over. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. He gave us a couple of portable heaters to get us through the night. We knew we needed a new furnace, but he was able to get us by through the winter. Our family suffered a tragedy while he was there. He checked on us several times over many months to let us know he was praying for us and that he'd help us in any way he could. What an unbelievable human being!! We installed solar over the summer, so I reached out to Tim and asked about options with a heat pump and back up electric furnace. He presented several different options and price-points. His explanations of the product were perfectly clear and there was no sales pressure from him. We moved forward with the heat pump and electric furnace backup. Tim ordered the parts, and it was installed two weeks later. It's a beautiful install that looks really clean and professional. The system has exceeded my expectations as the comfort throughout the house is a huge upgrade compared to what we had. I couldn't be happier with Tim and his skills. I'm even more impressed with his human side. Folks, it's not common to cross paths with someone with as much integrity and follow through as Tim Leach. I'm thankful for his professional work and his huge heart. I highly recommend Tim to everyone in any situation!!
We can’t say enough about the excellent customer service that we received from Leach & Company Heating and Cooling. Our air conditioner went out with triple-digit heat indexes forecasted in the very near future. Tim took the time out of his busy schedule to arrive and diagnose the problem mere hours before leaving on a family vacation. He contacted us during his vacation to discuss our options, provide pricing, and to answer all our questions. We opted for a new unit. The unit we selected was installed by his Technician Josh the next day. Josh did an excellent job; he was professional, friendly, and gave his full attention to our installation and clean-up, although we were aware he had multiple jobs on his schedule. Both Tim and Josh went above and beyond for our family. We highly recommend Leach & Company.
We are very happy with Tim and his crew. Our upper level and basement was never very consistnent with the temp set on our main HVAC unit. Tim had recommended a split level unit for our home and we are extremely pleased with how it turned out. We are now able to control the temp on each floor now as each floor has its own thermostat. The communication was excellent and they kept us informed throughout the whole process. Highly recommended!

We just moved into the area literally two days in our home and the furnace quit working. I called Leach & Co and Tim was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to have the problem diagnosed and fixed in no time at all. I won’t call anyone else for HVAC he’s the guy!
Tim Leach and his team installed our electric furnace with gas heat backup, new thermostat, and AC unit. . They were very professional and courteous! Tim and Josh were able to get the work done timely and efficiently. I would highly recommend them and will continue using their services.

I feel fortunate to have someone like this in the community. I don’t imagine there are too many times that you’re calling HVAC for something pleasant. It’s usually because there’s an issue with something important & possibly dangerous. Tim is knowledgeable, honest, and just a genuinely good guy. Exactly the kind of person/business that you want handling the safety and comfort of your family. This is definitely a business that deserves support. I highly recommend!
This guy is a great guy 1st of all and then he’s a pro at what he does he’s very honest upfront and will do all he can to help the situation you’re facing. He works on units as though it’s his! You cannot ask for any better! Timmy is your guy!

The best in the business! When you need service to your current system or a no-obligation proposal for a replacement system, you need to contact Tim Leach. Tim is personable, professional and shares his knowledge to help you make an informed and educated decision. When we needed to replace our system, Tim scheduled a time to come to our house and look over the current layout. A couple of days later, he came back and shared a proposal explaining the benefits from each of the options he prepared for us. He helped us purchase the right system for our home. You will enjoy the experience of working with Tim.
We would definitely recommend Tim Leach for all your heating & cooling needs. When we bought our home it had a furnace powered by propane. The propane was costing us a fortune... usually, 3-4 tanks per year. Tim made the recommendation to install a high-efficiency heat pump that would cut down on the cost of propane. He came out and did a wonderful job explaining the benefits and installing the system. What a huge difference it has made! We normally only need to fill our propane tank once per year now. In addition to saving us money, the heat from the heat pump is so much better on my sinus problems. The propane heat dries the sinuses and cause more congestion where the heat pump does not. We love our heat pump! Thanks so much Tim!!
Tim has been servicing our hundred home retirement community over the last 2 years. He has done just about every type of HVAC work including installing brand new systems, servicing furnaces and air conditioners, and doing after hours emergency calls. He is always prompt and professional. He has made a name for himself among our residents. When they hear he is coming out to work on their furnace I can hear the comfort in their voice and they don't worry at all about if it's going to get fixed correctly. Tim and his crew do amazing work. They respond back quickly and do the job efficiently. I got a new furnace and air conditioner and my ameren bill went down significantly! They also do work with my employer and have improved our system in ways we didn't think were possible based on what the previous 4 or 5 companies had said and done. Highly recommend!
