This was my first time using this company for my annual maintenance and I was very pleased with the service. Steven was very courteous, professional and seems very knowledgeable about HVAC systems. I also appreciate that he wore a mask and protective covers over his shoes to keep my floor clean and unscuffed. I will definitely continue using O’Donnell Heating & Air Conditioning for all of my heating/cooling needs.
Our heating system started messing up on a Sunday and we called and they sent out Cory in a timely manner. He diagnosed the issue and took care of it and it has been working well since. We appreciate you John!
From the moment I called O’Donnell Heating & Air Conditioning, they were very helpful and professional. Knew what he was doing and, after fixing the main reason for the call he came back to fix a short in the wiring in a matter of minutes.
Professional service. On time and the tech went above and beyond to do a great job. The price for a service call is far more reasonable than many other HVAC companies I have used. They have a lifetime customer with me and if you are smart and want great service for your HVAC needs, you can go wrong with them.
When my AC failed, I soon received a callback. The next day, Martin repaired the old unit without pressuring me to buy a new one. My kid, who wanted to observe him at all times, found him to be extremely friendly as well. Wonderful experience!
Michael from O’Donnell Heating & Air Conditioning came to my house today for one of my annual A/C systems maintenance. He also installed an UV light for protection against mold in the vents and changed air filters. He was professional, knowledgeable, polite, and walked in wearing mask. A positive visit.
Martin and his assistant were quick to attend to our air conditioning problem. They arrived at our house within 24 hours, despite the heat wave. I learned a lot of things that I didn't know before, as well as why and how. They were punctual, collaborated well, and were keen to expand my understanding of how things operated. Positive experience!
O’Donnell Heating & Air Conditioning's team was fantastic! They came to our house to replace two furnaces and did an amazing job! They were really professional, kind, and cleaned up after themselves. They were very accommodating in scheduling and worked diligently for two days to get everything done. They answered whatever questions we had throughout and explained everything very clearly when they were done. Even the inspector from the village said the installers did "excellent work"! A great experience and we will definitely use them again!

He provided recommendations for future maintenance as well as completely repairing our issue in a timely manner. You feel like you are in great hands with this company. They are easily accessible and provide prompt responses to inquiries as well. Highly recommended!
We had a problem with our air heat and air conditioning unit in our attic, which was leaking water. I phoned O’Donnell Heating & Air Conditioning, and the dispatcher sent someone out after work to meet me. Harry's assessment was thorough, and he was able to assist our family until a new apartment could be found. It was a fantastic learning opportunity.

My furnace stopped working and O’Donnell Heating & Air Conditioning was able to provide service same day at a very reasonable price. Eugene diagnosed the issue quickly and presented a full analysis of my system so I could make an informed decision about repairs and/or replacement. He was very professional and also very good with my dog. Though I hope not to need service any time soon O’Donnell Heating & Air Conditioning will definitely be first call if I do.
First time customer. I had an 11-2:00 window for a heating appointment. Stayed home from work. Nobody showed. Put in a call at 1:50 asking of their whereabouts. Was told they would reach out to the technician and call me back. Nobody called back. I called again at 2:10 to learn that the technician wouldn't be coming, and could I reschedule. Not at all confident that they would have reached out to me had I not called. Really poor communication. I did reschedule and will update this review after the work is complete.
The tech temporarily fixed the issue and came out first thing Monday morning to completely fix the issue - high limit switch. He also completed some maintenance on the furnace. There is no question I will call them if I have any issues. Their rate is also very reasonable for this single mother and I appreciate their honesty and hard work. I would recommend them with no hesitation whatsoever and I thank them for their excellent service.
I called to get an estimate on a small job at my home. The rep on the phone gave me a quote on just the service fee before asking what I need done and when I said that may be more then the work I wanted done she hung up the phone on me! Very rude!
Breathtaking experience working with O’Donnell Heating & Air Conditioning! The specialist called prior to arriving and arrived speedily. He was very gifted and dedicated. He clarified what he would do during the service and what he was checking. I will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend this company!!
Had a wonderful experience with O’Donnell Heating & Air Conditioning. Jim went beyond to get the service done and get our heat back on. His service was excellent but he charged us a reasonable price. I was very impressed and will highly recommend.
Replaced our old furnace with an energy efficient one. I came to know about this company through my neighbor. Going with them for our furnace installation was brilliant decision. They are on top of their game. We really appreciate the explanation provided of how things work and the follow up after service. Great team, highly recommend them.
