I contacted Brian on a holiday and responded quickly with a next day appointment. He arrived on time and fixed the problem. He was very informative and also gave me some advice on other household appliances. He also checked in on me later in the day to make sure everything was still working properly.
I highly recommend this company. Brian did an excellent job replacing our HVAC system. It was a sweltering 108 with the heat index, but he managed to keep our home cool throughout the process by bringing in his own window unit. He was very communicative throughout the entire process and always replied promptly to any of our questions. He is meticulous about his work in every aspect, down to the smallest details. You'll pay half as much with this company as you will with any competitors.
Brian is a ROCKSTAR!!! Our AC went out Saturday night and I called him Sunday morning at 9:30. After telling him my AC went out, he says "Did it stay out all night? Does it have a curfew?" which I LOL'd immediately! I was expecting someone crabby because it's Sunday morning but he was so friendly and funny. He came over right away after finishing his current job. He came in and provided us with tips on conserving energy, how to take care of some of our appliances to ensure they last longer and explained everything he was doing. He also fixed our front door on the way out because, I quote: "I wouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing this door is broken." He not only fixed what was asked but went above and beyond and at a reasonable price! I would HIGHLY recommend him. You'll get the problem fixed quickly and get some great "dad jokes" along the way. BEST SERVICE EVER!
I was having an issue last night with my ac unit not cooling my home. I contacted a friend who referred me to Brian. I called him and left a message and was thinking I would have to remain hot until later today before I would hear back from him. To my surprise, he called me at around 11:30pm and I’m so grateful that he did! He had me to take pictures of my ac unit and told me exactly what to do to get it going. We remained in contact while I completed the various things he asked me to do and by 1:30a, my ac was back working better than it was before and my house is cooling off as I’m writing this review. I am so grateful how he came through for me, especially at such a late hour! I can tell that he takes his job seriously and will ensure that his customers are satisfied! I will be contacting him for all future HVAC issues, questions, and maintenance. He is awesome and I highly recommend! You will not be disappointed. Kudos to Brian, The Heating and Cooling Guy….and thanks to my friend who referred him!
We agreed on a Saturday at 8am appointment. This was before my startime at work, so I had to get up earlier than normal.. He did not show up, did not answer when I called, and did not call back. Unless he is dead or in the hospital, this is the fastest way to bankruptcy...... Suggest avoiding this person if your time is as important to you, as mine is to me..Good luck
I had Brian install a new AC and furnace. He is very professional, courteous, and takes great pride in doing excellent work and ensuring the customer is beyond satisfied. He gave helpful tips for maintenance and upkeep not only on the newly installed unit, but other major appliances around the house. He even identified a gas leak at the meter and helped with contacting the gas company for prompt repairs. I would highly recommend Brian to anyone needing an HVAC guy.
When it comes to the best service for the right price, Brian is the best out there! He showed up on a Sunday afternoon even though he had his own personal emergency issue to deal with because he couldn't stand the thought of someone sitting in their home without AC on a 100-degree day. He is the guy you call for all your heating and air conditioning needs! He is honest and will not try to sell you anything you don't need. The best! Thank you, Brian!

We were having a lot of problems with our A/C and contacted Brian to see if he could come check things out. He was quick to respond, very courteous, and flexible with scheduling. The same day he was contacted he was able to come look everything over plus some! Brian was very informative in more ways than one to help save money on household things. We scheduled the install of our new furnace 2 days later. Brian and his team were prompt, got the job done and cleaned everything up afterwards. Everything is working great and he still messages to get updates and see how everything is working. Great communication! We would definitely recommend The Heating and Cooling Guy to anyone!
I came back to the area after serving in the US Army. Knowing HVAC systems from working on aircraft and still working on them. I needed my AC system serviced. We first had a different local guy come out for this. He just wanted to sell us a new system, so I gave Brian a call. We had to wait for the temps to come back in range to service the system. The day the temps got right, Brian was in his van calling to say he was on his way. I should have called him first, and he will be the first call next time.
Brian is a knowledgeable guy, who wants to help you in any way possible. He not only serviced my AC, he noticed a small drip on a water line, and gave me ideas and suggestions on how to keep my large ticket items working more efficiently and for longer. Very reasonably priced.
Had a great experience with Brian, installing my new hvac unit! I bought a house in 2019, he helped prepare me for the future purchase price of a new unit, helped maintain it the last few years and decided I was ready for the purchase this year. When the time came to install he was well prepared, put down mulch in the area so he wouldn’t get dirt in the house, explained everything well, added Freon at the beginning of the season and continues to help with anything I need. Being a recently new homeowner he never makes me feel stupid for the questions I ask! He’s the guy I always recommend for your hvac needs!
I called Brian on a Sunday afternoon about problems with my AC. I was looking for a second opinion after another agency had quoted me an obscene amount for repairs. Although Brian was unable to come out, he talked us through how to fix our problem. Thanks to Brian, we had our AC up and running in less than an hour for a fraction of the cost. Highly recommend!!!
Couldn't make it out until Monday, so he spent 3 hours walking me through the process of fixing my air on the phone , after we found the problem he met me with the parts for a very reasonable price and took the time to walk me through installation. Definitely recommended for all your HVAC needs.

Brian came out promptly and not only chased down the problem on my aging system but also gave me tips to keep it working. No pushy up selling or pressure to put in a new system (that will be due soon). He valued my status as a military homeowner and where we are at it the ownership of our home. He will be on the top of my recommendation list!

My furnace went out on me brian came out and ended up needing a new furnace. Old furnace was 16 yrs old would definitely recommend him for heating and cooling !!
Brian was very responsive and came out as soon as he could to look at my heating system. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to diagnose the problems and gave me money saving tips on other devices throughout my home. Would HIGHLY recommend. 10/10
