I am changing this review from 5 stars to 1 star. Neal's came out to replace my boiler with a gas furnace and I was very happy with their service. I had asked twice about my old boiler equipment to make sure it was turned off and I had even called back to hire them again, but will not do so after the last interaction. During our big freeze this year, the copper pipes under my crawl space burst, and a plumber informed me it was because the boiler water was not turned off, so I called to inform Neals that they did not turn my boiler off like they said they would. Travis called me chewing me out screaming that he had ‘gone out of his way’ to get my heater in quickly and was extremely salty saying they never told me they turned off my boiler(false). I will never use their service again, even though they came highly recommended. Update: My floors had to be replaced due to 6500 gallons of water being dumped in my crawl space. Not happy. I wish this company had followed through on their promises and furthermore didn't deny saying they would turn of my boiler's components when replacing it for a gas furnace. I was treated poorly when asking about this and I will not use their service again. Update: my dining room floor is now have to be replaced because of the water damage. Thank God I have home insurance. I am very upset.
The guys at Neal's have always taken great care of our furnace and air conditioners.
I woke to a cold house on a day that outside temps were in the teens. The crew at Neal’s was very responsive, professional, and efficient. I had to leave for the day and was able to return to a warm house. I would highly recommend!

I would like to say how amazing they were with us today! We recently had a part of our ac repaired and thought we had solved the problem. Well when it shut down again 2 days later with a different malfunction at the end of the day(keep in mind this is an old unit) they had someone come help us with the little time and no room on their schedule! 5 stars all around to the receptionist for being so kind and efficient but also a big 5 stars to Justin the kind gentleman who came to help us out today. We really and truly appreciate it!! Thank you!

I talked to jim around 4 o'clock on a Thursday. He offered to come over right away, but i was working. He then said he'd come at 7 am the next day. I feel like he went above and beyond to help me out. Unfortunately the furnace acted up over the weekend, and he was nice enough to come first thing monday morning. I can't thank them enough and will definitely be a returning customer

I called to ask about something that was installed on my furnace, which they put in. Very happy, very satisfied.
Called in Feb of 2019 and told them our furnace is randomly quitting (not igniting) they came and diagnosed it and replaced the filter ($112) they said it was the control board and ordered a new one and installed it ($282). Have told them multiple times that the problem continues. They have came back once to try and figure it out. Told me to try and catch it right after it fails to ignite and get them the code. The issue is it is random and I never notice when it first happens. So I still owe them almost $400 still have a broken furnace and naturally they kept the good control panel they took out of my furnace.
Travis is one hell of a business man. Marissa is very lucky to have a class act like him. Work is beyond superior . He has done several large jobs for me and was just a pleasure to work with. His mom works in the office and she is pretty darn awesome too.

My outside air conditioner fan went out over the weekend. I left a message on the answering machine at Neal heating and cooling that I work 3rd shift and please put me at the front of the list Monday morning for a service call. About 7:30 a.m. I received a phone call and the serviceman was at my house before 8 a.m. . He was like Edward scissors hands diagnosing the problem, getting the old part out and replacing it. He also cleaned my unit and charged it with freon. By 8:30am he changed the motor, cleaned and charged my air condition fan and on his way. Very professional courteous. If I have another problem I wouldn't hesitate to call them. Thank-you Neal's heating and cooling.
I had to get two air conditioning units moved to put in a fireplace and I just knew I was going to have a bunch of pipes and wires and things just hanging along the wall after they moved I could have been more wrong professionally done everything bolted to the walls wires pipes everything perfect totally impressed
Amazing customer service and they are always quick to get your AC/furnace back up and running! 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
Travis and Jim installed my AC and Furnace on March 15th 2019 and they did a fantastic job very professional work. They were finished in about 5hrs and their prices are the best in the area. I highly recommend Neal's H+C to everyone else planning a Hvac installation. Thanks alot Travis and Jim for a job well done.
