Our furnace quickly worked so I called Glacier Heating And Air. They were super friendly and on time. I've been in customer service for almost 13 years and the customer service we got was some of the best we've ever gotten.
Glacier Heating And Air team did a very GOOD job thoroughly cleaning the duct work in my house. They arrived on time and communicated well during planning stages on timing of arrival, pricing, and details of included work. Thanks, I will use their services in the future!
I was very pleased with the service. Not only did Jeff know how to troubleshoot the errors given by my thermostat but he verified the problem part before just replacing it and hoping that was it. Extremely happy with the turnaround time, the professionalism and the competency of this company. My new company for all things HVAC.

Would strongly endorse Glacier Heating And Air. At my previous home, I used them for years and always had prompt service. They've always rectified the problem, and I've never felt pressured to buy something I didn't need. I strongly suggest buying a service contract with them!!

My furnace was recently inspected by a service technician from Glacier Heating And Air. He called to let me know when he would be here to fix my air conditioner. While checking things over, he described everything he did. He was very knowledgeable and polite. It was a very good service call! I can't recommend them more highly.

I messaged them to get a quote for air conditioning servicing and filter replacement and Jeff responded immediately. So happy we finally found Glacier Heating And Air. We are so very happy with their honestly and communication, photos by text, frequent calls updating us on the progress etc. We strongly recommend this company!
After calling on a Friday about not having heat, they scheduled me for Monday morning. No one ever showed up. Out of my seven calls throughout the day to the one business number listed, each person I spoke with had no idea what was going on. Finally at 4 p.m. I was told they were passing on my job because it was too difficult. I wish I would have know that before they had scheduled a service call and I took off a day of work that was completely wasted.
