They showed up for an inspection after we bought our house. They found a bad part had it on the truck and fixed it right away. Were upfront with pricing and left a listof tips to help alleviate future issues

Peoria/Bloomington Offices - Our central air stopped working on Monday. The next morning, they had a tech at our house. He diagnosed the problem ... we had a 20+ year old furnace and central air unit that had basically blown up. He recommended we get it replaced ASAP. That afternoon a gentleman by the name of Nick Frazier was at our house. He drove all the way from Bloomington to give us an estimate. By Tuesday the following week, they had us up and running. They had quick and prompt service. They were very friendly and were understanding about the heat. The techs who did the install were professional and did a thorough job. Nick was very attentive to our needs and even came to check up on us the day of the install. Bratcher Heating and Air did an amazing job and the techs deserve an incentive for the hard work they do. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for your hard work!
