I woke up this morning and my air conditioner was not cooling. So I got on Angie’s list and the site connected me up with heating air and water. I would highly recommend these guys. They were prompt, honest, and fast. I will definitely use them again.

Overall, great service at a great price. They came and inspected my AC unit on a Saturday, unfortunately it could not be repaired, and installed a new unit on Monday.
Came out same day. Diagnosed problem and replaced air conditioner capacitor.
Randy and Henry very reasonable prices, good customer service, and fast responsive. They are very knowledgeable about their profession. Replaced our furnace and condenser so far so good! Thanks guys!

My AC hadn't been working for a year. I called Angie's List and Randy called me back right away. My HVAC system was in a complicated space, located in my bedroom. Randy and Henry (I think that is his name--forgive me!) came out, saw where it was located and made suggestions on how to fix the issue. The main issue was the location. They suggested moving the HVAC system down into the closet. I would lose my bedroom closet but at least I could have the system serviced with no issue in the future. Randy was very responsive through the whole process. The process took 3 days and they really did an amazing job with a very complicated situation. They were on time, professional, knowledgeable and reasonable (considering the nature of the job and other quites i received). Thank you for a job well-done! I appreciate all the hard work they put in considering it was a tough job. I'm grateful that they helped me because some places saw the location and said they couldn't do the job. I would definitely recommend them for your AC/furnace needs!
Thorough, friendly, and professional. They answer the phone, and if they can't they call back promptly. Came out and installed a new a/c and furnace the next day. Answered all of my questions in detail and explained everything they were doing every step of the way. Highly recommend. Honest work for honest pay.
The project was outstanding. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!
Our furnace crapped out recently, and being newer to the area, we didn't know who to use for the repair. We chose one of the big names, and while they were responsive, they totally over quoted us on a new furnace. The day after the astronomical quote, I found Randy at Heating Air and Water, who was courteous and professional over the phone, gave me a price quote less than half of what I had been quoted previously, and was able to come out and install within a couple hours. Randy and Henry were professional and courteous, as well as quick. They removed the old furnace, replaced it within a few hours, got it working, and cleaned everything up to my wife's satisfaction. I definitely recommend them for both repairs and installs, even though I hope to avoid the need for those eventualities.
A job done quick and efficiently with a very reasonable price to boot!
Had Andy and Randy (I'm terrible with names, so could be off) out on the Friday before Christmas. 11:00a.m. and dead furnace. Called Angie's List and they were first of three call backs and said they could be out by 2:00 p.m. Since it was -8°F they got the job. Came out on the dot. Analysis showed blower motor out, $1,000 to replace. Said okay, then thought about fixing a 28 year old furnace and decided to replace. Quote for 90K BTU with new humidifier, just north of $4k. Got new unit installed in five hours. Clean, professional, efficient, and personable. Earlier that morning, our daughter's furnace was an issue. Went over to look at it and said it was beyond my abilities. She called Four Seasons. They came out, said draft inducer motor, would still run although very noisy, $1,300 to replace, $5,100 for new unit. Couldn't get part until Tuesday because of Christmas. Saturday, daughter's furnace dies. Call Andy and Randy and ask if they can install today. They say yes, if we book before noon when warehouse will close. $3,750 for new unit. Decided to eat deposit of $500 with Four Seasons and have guys replace the unit. In and out in four hours, and waived the emergency service fee because we'd done two units and were nice people. $3,500 flat. So, recommended without reservation. Excellent, professional service, provided in expedient fashion. In a bad situation, they provided terrific service. Just nice people to work with. Oh, and at our house and daughter's house, they pointed out errors other companies had made and fixed without adding to the cost.
Were able to fit into our tight schedule and fixed a problem we'd had since moving in quickly and cleanly!
Suddenly, no heat, and the weather was getting chilly. Called, they could come out today. The men worked around my work schedule, diagnosed the problem, had to leave to get a new gas valve to fit the furnace, then returned and installed it, and we're back to being warm. They also recognized a potential problem with the furnace exhaust pipe that they fixed at no additional charge. There is scarcely anything on the planet I appreciate more than good customer service, and these guys are THE BEST.
Stayed until they figured out & fixed my issue. They answered every question I had. Explained how my system works. They were honest & professionals.

Prompt service. Had a service call requested on Saturday event, and they showed up at 9am on Sunday. Diagnosis done, and repaired unit in an hour and left. Reasonable price !!
Great guys they are.. Very up front on everything they did.. They did a duct cleaning for me as well.. Just a great all around company..
