Massive rip off they will charge you half the price of your AC for 1 time out and a a part.
Jay and Paul were fantastic! They gave us three choices to update our systems and helped us understand the difference of each product. With that knowledge we received we made the best choice that truly suited our household. When it came to the day of installation they were very understanding and extremely patient with us. They were both Knowledgeable, professional, courteous. Rest assured we will recommend and continue to use Perfect Temp Heating and Cooling for all our HVAC needs. (Psst.. 2021-01 - Furnace went out on one of the coldest days of the year on a Saturday. I called another company we had used before but they were closed. I searched for others and found Perfect Temp and saw that they were available. I called and got an answering service but then got a call back from Dave the owner within minutes. I described the problem and he was at our house in hardly any time at all. He eventually had to go get a part, but we were back up and running in under 3 hours from start to finish. Communication and professionalism were great. He even had covers for his boots to not track snow in to the house! Overall great experience. 2023-07 - AC unit capacitor went out. Had Cody out the next morning and everything was back up and running by 9:30am. Great experience.

I called Perfect Temp to get a second opinion, and I'm so glad I did. The previous service company said there was nothing they could do except install a new AC. Perfect Temp were able to properly diagnose the problem, offered several solutions, and were able to get the unit running that day. Highly recommend using Perfect Temp!

Highly recommend. A little expensive but I needed someone to come out on a hot Saturday to fix my AC and these guys were up for it. Cody came out and diagnosed the issues and after ordering a necessary part (which came in quickly) he came back out and got us up and running. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks Cody for going the extra mile!
I personally liked the fact they answered the phone on a Friday evening and had a tech out first thing on Saturday. Responsive, punctual, and knowledgable.

A veteran owned company. I called them 2 1/2 years ago because my AC was cycling on and off. The issue was low coolant. Because the age of the system and the coolant it used I ended up getting a new AC installed. I signed on for their maintenance program, and they come in the spring and in the fall to do checks and maintenance on the air conditioning and heating. I had to call them once for an issue I had with my heating system. It was a simple fix, and there was no charge. The employees have always been professional, friendly, and have a lot of knowledge. I know this because I used to work in the AC shop aboard, the USS Holland, a submarine tender, back when I was in the US Navy.
Great service. We called on Christmas Eve morning and they came out within just a few hours. It was one of the coldest days of the year and we're so grateful that they helped us. Highly recommend their services.
