Strange company...problems with scheduling. different office people saying different things . few sub-contractors calling for 2 days ..long story short - big mess ....im doing construction over 20 yrs furnace is relatively new ,we know exactly what needs to be done ....shady guy show up he was trying to push duct cleaning and other not necessary stuff.....Avoid this company.
The technician who came to check our heating system was very professional and very friendly. He explained the problem, told us what needed to be done and helped us out. We are very pleased with the technician and the company.
I called Albert for an emergency AC repair. He adjusted his schedule to fit me in, was extremely knowledgeable and shared with me each step he was taking. Within an hour we were cool customers. Great rates and responsive service - you just can't beat that customer service. Cheers!
Getting an appointment sometimes can be tricky but that's not true with these guys. They offer great rates, come when they say they are coming, do the work promptly, and carefully explain their work. This was my second time in a year hiring them, this time for boiler installation and they outdid my expectations. I decidedly endorse!
The gentleman from Arrowhead Heating and Cooling LLC was extremely professional, very experienced and explained all the work being done to my AC unit & furnace including tips on how to maintain the equipment and get the best performance out of the systems. He went above and beyond with servicing and cleaning. I strongly recommend this service company.
I researched HVAC service companies and was impressed with the reviews for Arrowhead Heating and Cooling LLC technicians. So, I requested their bi-annual service for our condo HVAC system. Technician showed up to provide service. He was prompt, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions about our current system satisfactorily. He also conducted an indoor air quality test, which came back with a very good report, and provided me with options to improve the air quality even more. I made the right decision to have they provide HVAC maintenance services for our system and I highly recommend

Arrowhead Heating and Cooling LLC is one of the best auto HVAC service provider. Our furnace failed and chose them to fix the unit. I'm glad I did. They handled everything professionally and in great time.I would recommend this company to any and everyone. I'll continue using their services!!

Their servicemen installed a new air conditioner and furnace this week. They showed up on time, and completed the job within the promised time frame. They cleaned up and explained to us how to program the new thermostat. They only left after we were fully satisfied. Highly recommend!!
