Ben was very friendly and professional. Explained the process and issue in simple terms and seemed very thorough.
I will say Brian has been awesome since day 1. He was so professional and helpful and responsive. I feel Ben and Tim did a great job on the installation and they explain how to use the system and they was quick with the installment. I definitely recommend this company and team!!

We used ConforTemp this past fall for a new furnace and has them out for maintenance on our AC unit. Tim was our service tech for the install and maintenance. He’s great and appreciate his expertise- very happy with the quality of their service.

They came not even an hour after we called on a Saturday. Eric was very helpful and sure enough when he got here the heat started to work. Although I thought I knew what the problem was he was not going to replace the part until he was sure of the problem. He could have charged me for something I did not need and I would never of known. The honesty was impressive. He took his time , was polite , and patient. Definitely will use them again.
Every technician we have had from Comfortemp is fantastic. Courteous, knowledgeable, skilled, professional, communicative, friendly. Top notch outfit!! Use this company for your HVAC needs!! Comfortemp repaired an existing furnace and installed a separate new furnace over the years. We had a gas leak late yesterday evening from a manufacturer failed gas valve. Eric was able to come out within 15 minutes of us calling and stayed to discuss the issue with Nicor gas. He had Ben out the next morning with a new valve and parts to fix a couple other pipe fitting leaks (not from Comfortemp). By noon we had heat again! Every experience has been great!! Thank you!!!
We have known the owner, Eric, for some time (20+ years), when he first started out as an apprentice. Now owing a business he is still the BEST at what he does! We had a quote done last year. And decided to wait; we hemmed and hawed; we purchased our home and expenses were piling up. Nothing prepared us for when our furnace went out Wednesday night. A loud boom, some whining and smoke and we needed a new furnace ASAP! Brian, ComfortPlus sales consultant, remembered us from last year. He got the ball rolling for a new estimate, financing and install date. All in one day! The HVAC tech’s were at our home the next morning! Tim and Ben were phenomenal!! Courteous, polite, professional and knew exactly how to removed our old 70 year old furnace to install our new 96% energy efficient unit. We also had an AC unit installed as well. Go big or go home! The tech’s did a fantastic job. We were happy with how professional they were. We highly recommend ComfortPlus.

Tim with ComforTemp replaced my old furnace. He was thorough, professional, and answered all my questions pertaining to the new heating system. He even took a marker and put the size of the new filter inside on the furnace door. He then marked which screws I needed to undo in order to change the filter!!. Very nice touch, especially for me as a senior citizen or for anyone in fact... who can ever remember their filter size? I will definitely be requesting him next time for my maintenance.
Marco was a GREAT technician. He was very knowledgeable. Spoke highly of the company he works for which is a lot to say for them. He was even on his day off but, he still made the call to our house. Kudos to Marco and Comfor Temp !
Very responsive and service crew fixed my heating issue quickly. Showed up on time and took the time to explain how new system works. I will definitely be calling them again if I have any heating or AC issues in the future.
I am so grateful to this company for seeing me the same day as when my heat went out. They were responsive, great at letting me know when they were on their way, and Marko was fantastic. He fixed the issues that were going on and answered all my questions about my furnace. He was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I will be recommending this company to everyone. They have 5 stars for a reason!!!! Tim came in today to put in a replacement part, and was able to address an overheating issue with my furnace. He was extremely patient and spent extra time to make sure everything was working perfectly before leaving.

Ben and Tim did a great job with the installation of my new AC and furnace. The team provided updates throughout and made sure to run all appropriate tests. Eric was extremely thorough. He cleaned and inspected my furnace, found some irregularities, took pictures of the issues, and we agreed he would get back to me with a few options to remedy the problem. He explained questions I had about my humidifier, and also explained the the use of the dampers on my furnace. Great service, and would certainly recommend.
