If how they drive is an indication of their professional ability, I would stay far away. Their drivers should be aware that vehicles behind them can see what they're doing in the side mirror, this one picking his nose, driving 10-15 mph below the speed limit, playing with his phone, eating, searching for something to his right, and just plain ignoring everything around him. Do better, dummy, your vehicle is plastered with business info.
Randy was absolutely fantastic. We had a mild "disaster" today, and randy diagnosed our blockage issue immediately, and was fixed shortly after that. Not only did he repair the issue, but he corrected a mistake that the installation crew made so that this issue wouldn't be an issue in the future. After working quickly, he gave us a very honest and fair bill (that was lower than what I was expecting). Will definitely be using this company again for any future needs.
What a joke. Misdiagnosed my hvac system which was installed a year ago and proceeded to charge me a cap ton of money to "fix" it. I'm 335 short and no heat or air!!! This disaster started when the previous homeowner used these guys for a brand new system. Ac was installed without being connected to power. Then furnace had a massive leak, they overfill it and left my garage in a massive cloud of gas and fumes and took over a month to fix in the dead of summer. Now it just stopped working completely over a week ago and no fix. Was told it was getting power and it was my circuit board, then comes back, takes 2 hours to install said board just to say oh- well it isn't the board it's your power. It's getting power but not responding. How can we go from yes it has power, to no it doesn't, to yes it is but it's not responding? Why was I even charged for an install that DIDNT FIX IT? Honestly, go anywhere else. Don't use these people. I've been so unhappy with the service and response time. They take forever to come out and then charge you for no fix. Big no. I don't see how a year old system can have SO MANY problems.
Absolutely the best heating and cooling company in the area. They are always on time even a little early sometimes. Very professional. They always ask about how our unit is doing and if we notice any changes so they can double check. They never rush and are always honest. They have very fair prices.

Absolutely fantastic service! We came home from vacation and our AC wasn't working. I called C&K Heating & Cooling in the morning and they were able to send a technician to our house that afternoon. Don was very courteous and friendly. I highly recommend C&K for all your heating and cooling needs.

Great company. I called for AC repair they were at my door within 2 hours probably would have even been faster but i was coming from Belleville and chose the time to meet the repair man. The repair man showed up very clean and professional. He listened to what i told him about how the air conditioning was doing and listened to what i had found with the unit. He double check the cause of the coolant loss was very honest with me and gave me my options of repair and did what he could to keep my cost down. He repaired the unit double checked the repair, charged the system and had my house cooling all in about an hour and a half. Very happy with C&K cooling and will be using them again.

We lost our AC over Memorial Day. I put a call into C&K and with 1 hour they came to the house to check it out. They needed a part that they would have to order on Tuesday. I received a call at 9am Tuesday morning saying they have the part and will be at the house within 30 mins. When they arrived they had the AC up and running in 20 mins Great Job and quick response.
Fixed my AC mere hours after calling for an appointment. Made sure everything was working before 110 degree heat wave.

About ten years ago, C&K sold and installed an energy-efficient residential HVAC unit for us. They have done an outstanding job in servicing it ever since. These guys are tops and real pros - I don't plan on having anyone else taking care of our HVAC needs!
