I reached out to Jefferson Heating & Cooling Service and the technician arrived at my place within the same hour. My nest stopped working and right away he knew what to do. He had the parts he needed with him and my ac was running again in under 20 minutes! If I could give him 6 stars I would! I highly recommend him.
Our furnace stopped working suddenly over the weekend and we calledJefferson Heating & Cooling Service. We like to support local, but we had also used them before to repair our AC. As always, service was quick abs professional. We weren’t up sold on anything, in fact, the proper size unit was suggested to us noting the prior one was far too big for our home. This not only saved us money on the new unit, but will save us money on he monthly energy bills. The guys who installed the units were kind, professional and good. Would highly recommend
Amazingly, they were at my residence in just an hour. They arrived on schedule, and they immediately fixed my air conditioner. They gave me a fair price and charged me precisely what they said they would. They are definitely someone I would utilise again and suggest to others.

In the end, we had to replace our furnace, which was over 20 years old. These guys handled the job with the utmost promptness and professionalism. Would fully recommend them!!

Jefferson Heating & Cooling Service was great! They showed up when they said they would and took the time to answer all of my questions. Chris was very knowledgeable and professional and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. In fact, he saved me a ton of money I might have spent elsewhere.
John was highly skilled. He not only arrived on time, but he also took the time to carefully assess our issues and make recommendations. He went out of his way the next day to get the necessary replacement parts and then returned to finish the job. I'm overjoyed!!
Despite the fact that our fan was turned on, there was no warm air circulating in the house. We knew it was going to be a cold night because it was 5:30 p.m. Jefferson Heating & Cooling Service dispatched a technician within half an hour. The technician discovered that the gas line to our pilot light was clogged, so he freed it and everything was fine. Thanks for the am zing service!!

Fair prices for parts and service. I was so pleased with our service today! I didn't expect same-day repairs from anyone, not to mention the first company I called. These guys are incredible. I've had bad HVAC service in the past, but Jeff was straightforward and helpful, looking for ways to save me money on completely replacing two HVAC units and repairing existing equipment. I highly rec0ommend them for any HVAC related services!
