Great service time after time. They keep me cool all summer long. Just had Crawford Commercial HVAC Inc. fix my Mom's A/C, wasn't blowing cold. Since it is summer and she is elderly I needed something done fast. They did just that, she is sitting in cool A/C now thanks to these doctors.
Perfect response time, perfect triaging and diagnostic review with explanations! Tech was diligent, thorough and proactive- used preventive measures with even rewiring to ensure this won’t happen again! Highly respectful. There aren’t any more positive adjectives that I can used for this company from call center/dispatch to service onsite.
Top class company! The ladies in the office are very nice and welcoming. They are extremely reliable, dependable, and all around respectful both the office and techs. My AC system stopped working. They came quickly, and replaced a part very inexpensively.
We had a wonderful interaction with them. They fixed our air conditioner skillfully and were very helpful and knowledgable. I'd suggest them to everyone!

Heating and air conditioning services are a great way to get your home or business warm, or cool, during the winter months. This is especially true if you don't have central heating or cooling in your home or office. Highly recommend!
Chose them because I was looking for a company that would be able to take care of all my needs and not just one aspect of the system. They were able to replace my furnace, install a new AC unit, and fix a few other things in my home. The technicians were very friendly and professional. They showed up on time and finished the job quickly. It's nice knowing that they are there if I need any more work done in the future!
The person that answered the phone was very friendly and helpful. Had an appointment scheduled for the next day, but they had an opening and came the same day! Repaired the board on the furnace and did a complete cleaning of the furnace for a very reasonable price. Great company and will be a return customer!

I must say that it was a really positive experience. Within about five minutes of submitting a website request, I was contacted by the company and we were able to set up an appointment for the next day during a window that worked for me. The technician was knowledgeable and resolved the issue right away.

I highly recommend Crawford Commercial HVAC. Jeff was very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure I knew what was going on while he was working on the AC unit. He was punctual and got everything done in a timely manner. When I need the AC serviced again, I will definitely be contacting them!
Crawford Commercial HVAC Inc.installed a new humidifier for us. The installation was quick and professional they took the time to explain the work and the function and maintenance of the system. They are our first choice for heating and cooling. Highly recommended.
Very pleased with Jeff who came to examine our AC unit. He was professional, sincere, cleaned up his mess and went beyond to make sure everything was working. Would definitely recommend him and would use again if a need arises.
Jeff came at 9:30, diligently researched the unit for the problem, sought out and obtained the necessary part and with the help of a co-worker he called Crawford Commercial HVAC in to replace the worn-out part. He left just before 2 pm. The price was simply low!!
They responded promptly and let me know exactly what to expect. The technician who came out was also very good at communicating about the work to be done. Answered my call quickly and gave the same day appointment and was out to our home 2 hours later and he did a great job fixing our furnace issue. The price was good and he Cleaned up after himself.Very pleased.
