Got home from 4th of July fireworks late at night to a non working a/c unit. Perfect. Called Rick at 6am to schedule an appointment immediately. Rick showed up and within 5 minutes diagnosed the problem. Took apart the unit and within 15 minutes it was fixed!!!! Talk about a life saver. Apparently the flex capacitor 🤣 was fried! Professional and fast service. Top notch. Would HIGHLY recommend!!! Great price also!!!!
If you need someone to repair or service your HVAC system , I cannot recommend this company high enough. Very professional work , best prices in the area . Rick is very nice and knowledgeable. Same day service which is amazing . Definitely worth keeping around .
The service tech was professional, courteous, and very thorough. He did a great job tuning up my furnace and A/C. Would definitely use them again, highly recommended!
We couldn't get the hold of our usual technician so we call Wally's Heating. They arrived on time and fixed our problem.
Rick, the owner came out the same day, diagnosed the problem and replaced a part to get our air conditioner back up and running efficiently. He did not have the part that was needed on his truck at the time but was able to leave, purchase the part and returned to replace within a half hour. Rick was very professional and friendly to work with. Quality work at a reasonable price.
Our A/C was fried and the first call was to diagnose the problem and make a recommendation. I have called Wally's for help several times and they are always friendly, professional and try to come out as soon as possible. I was completely satisfied with their service and the way they communicate what the problem is. It's easy to understand and then make a decision. I trust them in my house and they did a great job protecting our floors, etc. I would recommend them to anyone. Quality product, also.

Set an appointment for a A/C wall unit install a week in advance, they cancelled job day before appointment.
My AC went out during the hottest week of the year. Rick picked up the phone during a busy week. Came out that same day and offered a great price on new installation. The new unit was installed the very next day. Highly recommend.
Coldest day of the winter 2021-2022 my furnace went out. Called Wally's and another place in Cary on Rt 14. Wally came out gave me the upgraded tier of furnace for the price the other installer was going to charge for the lower tier. Also was an emergency installation performed that evening with no upcharge! The other installer Didn't want to do the work until the next evening for much more cost. And the detail of Wally's installation was amazing. Covered my floors so no damage and cleaned everything up. So happy with them will use them for all my needs in this category. Sincerely, John
I highly recommend this company! Rick, the owner, is wonderful! He is extremely helpful, professional and friendly! Brian was our technician, and he was great as well! He was punctual, had great communication, and was very efficient in his work. We had a heating emergency and they really made it a point to help us quickly which is so appreciated! A very trustworthy and helpful company!
We learned the hard way in this line of work by either trying to do it ourselves or simply looking for the lowest price...... These guys are legitimately a 5 star organization for good reason. We now use them for all of our properties. There is no alternative to experience.
I cannot say enough how professional, knowledgeable and personable Rick is. Our AC was not working and it was a Saturday! He came out at 7pm Saturday and fixed our AC! Thank you Rick!

Had my boiler go out on Christmas Eve eve, apparently wind caused the flame to char the fuse. Rick came Christmas Eve morning and found the problem almost right away. Quick, honest and professional and now we can start getting the house back up from 57 degrees! Thank you so much.
