Wanted a basic tune up to make sure our units were working properly. Owners were quick to respond and were able to squeeze me in same day. They were able to take a look at our units and explained everything they did and provided recommendations. Will be using this company again!
Jim helped me choose products suited to my home. His installation was perfect. He was timely, communicated clearly, removed all debris. If a system can be beautiful, this one is.
Jim is honest, proficient, detailed, and knowledgeable, as well as a nice guy! He trouble-shooted over the phone and did not jump to conclusions...Jim went step by step and explained everything to fix my AC on a hot day! He gave me pointers for future maintenance too. Please spread the word that you can still trust THIS HVAC man at least! Good customer service and respectful, reliable people are hard to find ...but that is why you should trust Vent Heating & Cooling like I did..his prices are more reasonable too.

Vent Heating and Cooling just completed a new boiler installation in our vintage home. Jim and his team were responsive, experienced, prepared and the timely installation went smoothly. All of the debris was removed and even an additional scope of work item was completed quickly. The quality of the install and workmanship appear excellent. The price quoted was very competitive. An excellent experience and great company to work with.

Jim was extremely accommodating and responsive to our needs. We had a fan put in to our old unit by a different company twice, over the course of 2 years and both times it was installed improperly. We called Vent heating and cooling due to their online reviews and were not disappointed. We worked directly with Jim the whole time and he got us in for a new unit the next day. He answered all our questions and helped us through the entire process. I wholly recommend Vent heating and cooling.

Thank you to Jim and Emmanuel for the awesome service over the years! When my friend sold his HVAC business about six years ago, I am glad that I found Vent Heating and Cooling. Jim and Emmanuel not only offer high quality service, but they are also very solid people. They perform annual checkups on both my AC and furnace. If they ever find any other issues that need to be fixed or replaced, they take the time to explain the service needed and show the parts that need to fixed/replaced. I definitely recommend using their service.

I have been using this company for years, to clean and maintain my furnace and a/c unit. They have ALWAYS been trustworthy, honest, fair and dependable. I would not trust my heat and air needs to any other company. The job today was to remove and replace my furnace and air conditioner. The team was polite, neat, quiet, efficient, and thorough. I would trust and recommend Jim and his team for all my heat and air needs. A small, family run, local business.
Our furnace went out in the evening of an extremely cold night and we couldn't wait for a daytime appointment for it to be repaired because we have 2 young kids. Jim walked my husband through the fix over the phone (as a courtesy) but my husband felt more comfortable having it looked at in person just in case there was more to the issue. Jim came out immediately, no problem, and fixed the entire issue for us that night. He even walked my husband through some other scenarios in case something happened throughout the night. We've always been happy with Jim's professionalism and the impeccable work he does for us but this situation solidified our relationship with him and Vent Heating and Cooling in the future.
I truly appreciated the prompt response I received from Jim and his son Emanuel over this past weekend My A.C. went out over the weekend and Emanuel was at my house trying to get my unit up and running within an hr. Jim and his crew provided professional, thorough, thoughtful and attentive service.

We called at 10pm at night after our AC unit wasn't turning on. Emmanuel came out to diagnose the next morning. He replaced our contactor and two capacitors and got our unit working all within about 2 hours. He was very professional the whole time and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and what other parts on our unit to watch out for since our unit is about 10 years old. Overall we are very satisfied and happy he was able to come out on short notice, especially on 4th of July weekend!
