Knowing who to trust to service your air conditioning and heating is tight. I faced this dilemma about a couple of months ago when I woke up one morning almost frozen. I checked the thermostat and realized that the unit had gone overnight. A friend of mine recommended New Comfort and Cooling provider. I called them and spoke with Thomas, the owner. In a couple of hours Thomas showed up at my door with a smile on his face. He took a look at the thermostat , the furnace explaining everything in a simple pleasant manner. Thomas is a talented wordsmith who has a way with words. He is not only highly skilled at working independently as HVAC provider, while at the same time Thomas has extraordinary skills - the Information Technology (IT). At that time I was having problems, for a while, using my laptop to store and retrieve data and information. On top of that I couldn’t connect a printer to my devices and couldn’t integrate messaging, voice and emails. Guess what … Thomas resolved all my problems: the heating and the synching in no time ! I highly recommend New Comfort for all of your heating and cooling needs! From the very first phone call, Tomasz was extremely polite and professional. He came when promised and was on time, which I really appreciated with my tight schedule. He fixed my air conditioner for a reasonable price (which made my wallet very happy as well). He also inspected my furnace and found a carbon monoxide leak. I am so grateful that he was able to come out. He provided me with different options and we are scheduled to get the furnace replaced. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with his performance and would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

Great experience! I called them for ac service, the technician came and fixed the unit the same day. He took time to answer all my questions and explained what he was doing along the way as well as he made some suggestions how to take care of my hvac equipment. I was very satisfied with the response time, problem resolution and price I paid for the service received. A true 5 star experience.

Tom and his team installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit, which I am very pleased with – everything works great. Tom also recommended a zoning system to even out the temperatures throughout my house which fixed the everlasting problem and we no longer have to deal with different temperatures in different parts of the house and I finally don’t have to manually open or close the air supply registers to resolve the issue with uneven temperatures. They also installed a Respicaire Indoor Air Quality UV Lamp and its job is to clean and revitalize indoor air quality. I read quite a bit about it and for the price I think all residential and commercial spaces should have such UV lamps installed. I've dealt with few HVAC contractors before but New Comfort Heating and Cooling is hands down the best!
Tomek is amazing person! He is very knowledgeable,friendly,tidy and explained things to my satisfaction and suggested some preventive maintenance options, That obviously I wasn’t familiar with. You can count on him and trust me you will get best quality services! I received very professional service and I will use them again .
