I had my AC unit serviced today and it looks like new. First time using PDM, certainly won't be the last. I needed a part replaced and the service tech was very thorough in explaining and showing why. Very polite and courteous.
Chris has been our go to guy for all things plumbing, heating and air. Always friendly and professional.

Brennon made 3 visits to our home to accomplish what turned out to be a full replacement of our condenser. The first 2 visits were scheduled, and he arrived right on time. The third was unplanned, and he arrived as soon as he could. As I have come to expect from PDM over the years, we received high quality work. Brennon went above and beyond what was required, and everything was clean after he left. I have always appreciated how well the technicians from PDM communicate. They all do a great job explaining options and what they are doing along the way. I will continue to trust PDM for our plumbing and HVAC needs.
Anthony has been out twice, different reasons and has always been pleasant and courteous...quick to explain the ins/outs and doesn't drag out the call. Happy to have his/PDMs assistance in the future.

Pete was very professional, diagnosed the problem, provided a quote, and fixed it. Cleaned up after himself and was very friendly. I'd use PDM again. I called at 0830 am and had a plumber here before lunch.

PDM is always responsive, efficient, and professional. Have used them for years for HVAC, and any other plumbing and HVAC needs. Have had various employees out over the years, all are well trained, courteous, efficient, and customer friendly.
Brennon was very professional. He originally came to check my AC. When he found problems, he immediately told me, explained the issue, and let me know the cost. Once I gave the okay, he was able to repair the issues quickly.

PDM came out for an AC summer tune-up. They do a thorough inspection on wear parts and offer recommendations based on how they are found. Before they are done they check your pressures and temperatures to see if any adjustments need to be made. I would highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs. They arrived on time and they give you notice reminders before arrival. They are very respectful of your property as well.

Getting new washer and dryer this month and needed my shut-off valves fixed. The cold water valve was so short, that the hose connector was rubbing on the plastic surround and had corrosion on it. The guys who were going to install my new washer wouldn't be able to connect the new s.s. hose to it. So, that valve was replaced and raised, so it was even with the hot valve. Then the PDM tech cleaned up the corrosion on the old hose (which was in great shape) and connected it to the valve. He also put a new round handle on it. Now, when my new washer and dryer are installed, there won't be any problems! The PDM tech was 1/2hr early (PDM called to inform me). The repair work was discussed with me, and the work was done correctly and professionally. I called PDM because they have been in business since I was a kid. I remember my parents always called them, because they fixed things right the first time and didn't make a mess. I was very pleased with the work done. The cost of this was very reasonable for the work that had to be done. I would recommend PDM to anybody needing plumbing work - they're the BEST!
John was a nice friendly repairman. He came and when we rec'd the estimate we were blown away. $16,000.00 to repair the tub plumbing. Another company came and repaired it for $750.00. Unbelievable!!
Anthony did a repair on my gas pool heater. He made a fast diagnostic and made the repair. I would definitely recommend their service.
The PDM team are always professional, friendly, and responsive. Right after we purchased our house, the sump pump failed. PDM was out to assess and install a new system that ensures our basement and possessions stay dry. Since then, we've used them as our preventative maintenance on our HVAC system.
Anthony has been our plumber for several years he is the best plumber I have ever met he is professional he takes pride in his work he is very polite and respectful
John Moon did an exceptional job on my kitchen sink plumbing repair and faucet repair he found the leak knew exactly how to fix it, replaced the parts had my system up and running within an hour he estimated it might take two hours but it was complete within an hour and a half I am glad I contacted PDM I have used this company before and never had a problem with their performance I will always use this company in the future. Thanks John you are a life saver.
