Montys has been wonderful to deal with since we moved here 5 years ago. Alex has serviced our unit on several occasions. He always has the best attitude and knows his equipment. Answers questions completely and makes it easy to understand. He is never in a hurry. Great job Montys!
They are honest about what needs to be done, what is possible, and how much it will cost me. I have never had any issues with the work they do on my homes or businesses, and I would recommend them to anyone!
I called late one evening and spoke to James. He was very personable and efficient in handling my AC request. We received a text indicating the day/time and work to be done while I was still on the phone with Jame arrived at our house at 2:10pm to find all the work completed on our AC and platform. These guys fitted our new evaporator coil along with a new AC compressor and condenser unit. Timely, well-kept, and tidy job was completed. Chris and John were kind and gave a full and clear explanation of the entire procedure. Good work.
